I had a very good conversation with Ashanti Reid, she explained into details on the insurance cover for the property I am about to rent and answered my questions very well.

The worst communicating and most incompetent company of any kind I have ever had to deal with.

Acting as a guarantor for a friend, i only found out information was outstanding through her after chinese whispers made its way from all the other parties

i had made several contacts through the portal and no response

eventually we contacted through whatsapp, they requested further proof of ID (2 forms were already provided) i asked if a Drivers Licence would suffice and they suggested i should send it over - only to be told it would require further review (so much for minimising data collection) They then told me the real reason was they couldnt identify me in a credit check, so i sent over a redacted bank statement as well.

Later it was found that they did not need the Drivers Licence or the bank statement because they had inserted the wrong details when performing the credit check and my previous details would have been suffice.

To top if off in between this i recieved cheek from the support team on whatsapp until after they realised their mistake.

As others have stated, i have no idea what the good reviews are on here. As a guarantor this is the worst a company could possibly be.
