Excellent Service - Pet Liability Insurance
I arranged pet liability insurance over the phone with Adam Key today. Could not fault the service. Adam was friendly, professional, helpful and very quick to sort the insurance out. Can highly recommend the HomeLet product and definitely ask to speak to Adam! :)

Excellent, customer service from Rachel Harvey today. Homelet make things easy for their customers by answering their phones quickly, communicating by email with their customers and recognising their loyal customers. Great prices given to regular customers without having to ask. I have spoken with Rachel a few times now and she is always very helpful. I would definately recognise Homelet.

Excellent customer service
I called Homelet today to amend my current insurance and spoke to Lucy Bishop on the Customer Service Team.
Having identified that this was not required she listened to me while I explained why I thought the amendment was needed following a previous problem that I have had.
She quickly grasped the issue and assisted me by obtaining an agreement from another department to reopen a previous claim.
At all times she was polite, friendly, and understanding which I greatly appreciated.

Efficient and friendly sales service
Shirazul was knowledgable, friendly and gave me a good laugh while he helped set up our new renters insurance. I’m pleased with the coverage - especially for pet damage! Hopefully we won’t need to make any claims, but if we do, I have optimism the team at HomeLet will be supportive
