Had a really good call with Valentin Valeanu, who took me through the steps to insure my new rental property. Friendly and helpful, never condescending, Valentin explained each step in the process clearly and in detail. Made the whole process painless. Very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend.

Shirazul Hoque was personable and efficient. Quickly went through renewal policy and answered all questions with easy. Good humour amd a pleasure to deal with. He should be valued by management and is an asset to the company.

Ashanti spoke very clearly, articulated well, and ensured I was happy and understood very stage.

It was my first time calling HomeLet regarding property insurance, and Connor Smith was excellent. He explained everything clearly, in great detail, and with complete professionalism. His prompt assistance and the valuable information he provided made the whole process straightforward and reassuring.

His customer service truly deserves recognition. I would not hesitate to recommend him and can confidently say that he provides excellent customer service.

Ashanti Reid Was so helpful in helping me setup my content insurance for my new flat. So polite and friendly over the phone and she explained everything to me very clearly.

I am not happy with the Claims department. They do not implement promised phone calls. I feel they are delaying assessing my claim in the hope that I will give up.
I was assured by two people in the Claims department that I would receive either a phone call or an email by 5pm today, Friday 24th July.
Nothing.
On Monday 27 July I rang the Claims Department hoping to speak to Isla, with whom I have had a series of phone conversations and emails. Though she was not available Megan dealt swiftly and helpfully with my call.
I subsequently heard from Isla that my claim would be settled in full, which was very good news.
My conclusion is that one has to be very persistent with the claims department, do not rely on promises to return calls and be aware that you may have to send the same information again as it can be ‘overlooked’.
I found Isla and Megan helpful but David did not seem to contribute anything to the process.
Nevertheless I appreciate my claim being accepted in full. I look forward to it appearing in my bank account.
