What began as Hope knitting alone in her bedroom has expanded into a team of 20 skilled knitters working from home across Northern Ireland, helping keep the traditional cottage industry alive. Hope is best known for her creation of the signature statement piece, the Colossal Knit Cardigan. Unable to find pieces to make from other’s knitting patterns, she developed her own method, just by using her hands. Customer service team were great. Responsive and accommodating. The product is fantastic in all aspects. Our only complaint was the courier provider wasn't very good, which made us nervous with such an expensive product.

Chunky knit cardigan
My chunky knit cardigan is one of the most beautiful pieces that I own! It is absolutely stunning. The cardigan is perfect for cold winter days, and as someone who can’t stand the cold, this is perfect! The piece itself is so well made, and the colour is perfect. Ever since I’ve been wearing it, I’ve gotten so many compliments.

Of course the cardigan is beautiful, but I would add that the communication and care and attention have been stellar.
The first cardi was too big and it was as easy as can be to return it and receive a smaller replacement.
I can't wait to wear my sweater.

Great customer service! I initially contacted customer care with a query on sizing. I received a prompt and helpful reply. The cardigan I ordered is a lovely design, using beautiful colours and yarns. Regrettably, I was disappointed with the standard of hand knitting of my particular garment and very reluctantly returned. I followed the simple and clear returns policy, and quickly received a full refund.

Fabulous 2 cardigans. Good information at all stages along the way. 2nd delivery was a bit delayed by Royal Mail . However a quick response from Francesca was helpful and my cardigan was delivered the next day. Unique and beautiful design and knitting.
