This is my second time ordering with Horze.ie, service and delivery is fantastic!! Quality of products is excellent and reasonable priced!! In my last order I had to make a return and it was so easy and the return was paid for too , what’s not too like!!!

Products are great, but delivery took ages.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Never again will I buy of horze. They still owe me a refund of 322€ for a pair of boots. Excuse after excuse and it's still not resolved. This is ongoing since January and its the end of March now. Their reply seems to be what everyone gets send when they look for their money back. 'We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you'. I'd say it's fairly convenient for horze though going by the amount of bad reviews they're getting everywhere. It's a running theme that customers don't get a refund and parcels don't turn up. Can't be a coincidence. They even turned off the comments on their social media as people were so desperate to reach them or get their refunds, that they started to comment on their posts. It's hard to believe this company is still up and running. Should be shut down immediately. STAY AWAY!

I ordered the incorrect product . Unfortunately the item had shipped before the customer service team were able to read my email ( couldn't get them on the phone) but once they knew about the problem there was no problem or cost incurred to me to return the product and i received full refund.

Always a pleasure to shop with Horze. Products readily available and good selection. Competitive prices. Great service.
