Awesome hosting so far

Sign up was simple, the few teething issues on plesk with wordpress was sorted out in record time by the support staff.
Please add anti-virus for emails on plesk windows re seller :-)

Madam Shakira from Hostking Support Team, never disappoint, ever since I knew her from that Support Department.

Actually, when ever I'm looking for support and she's on the line, automatically, I know my support enquiry has already been resolved, by just attended by her, I know is already resolved; and even before I explained my challenges/ difficulties.

I'm not buying her face and anything, I'm just trying to be honest, and I'm not saying other her colleagues at Hostking are not great too, but she's the best of them in the team.

Support support support! They are so responsive, available on live chat, so knowledgable and always friendly and helpful. No other host comes close! Special shoutout to Darren for exceptional and friendly service.

best service, quick response to queries and swift resolutions

I have been a client of them for many many years, use to be very impressed with their service and product however this is no longer the case! VPS with no more fully functioning builder, no one in the past 2 hours could answer a single questions online, no number to phone. we now have to rebuild 6 sites... because the builder that came with the product no longer works properly. FUMING !

Marcelino has been the best and most friendly support I have had over the years. His tone and work etiquette are excellent, and he deserves a promotion to manager to share his knowledge with the rest of the team. He responds to my questions within two minutes, making me feel like I'm having a conversation with a real human who truly understands his job knowing that I have so much questions about my websites he answer to everything. This is a 10 stars that I give and also my shareholders give 20 stars to him
