The process went well and was easily accessible .

Still to use the service I am paying for, software not easy to navigate through

Exceptional poor communication and attendance to responding to cases logged, especially when the cases have a High Importance, still did not do any difference to get them actioned.
Even requested for them to be escalated, it did nothing to the response time.

When the cases were actioned, the process by 1 agent was handled differently than another and I had to request for 1 agent to check with another agent to fix the process and get services working

I was sorted within minutes!! What an amazing service they provide!!!!

Poor service. Chat support extremely delayed and not helpful. Phoneline goes unanswered.

He knew what to do and went over and beyond to assist me.

Amy and Hostking offered a reduced rate which did not reflect on check out a few min later the invoice was amended and discount applied.
