A patient fix for a destroyed website
In a moment of careless madness, I destroyed my website and was overnight contemplating a rebuild. Spoke to the help desk, and they found a restore point, pressed the right buttons and an hour later things are back as they should be. Thanks to the Hostking help desk.

Simply the best. I was struggling to reach then on WhatsApp but on the website you can't wait 30 seconds ... they are dependable, reliable and safe.

I'm getting fed up
Update: on the first of August I asked my account be cancelled, I got told they can only refund the hosting. Meagre compared to what I paid but stuff it I will take it. I got charged R110 or something there abouts, but AFTER payfast had their say it was R129!
What a bloody rip off! Now I had a few other things to attend to so I forgot about this, On the 14th I sent off my documents expecting to at least receive an email on the progress-NOTHING up untill today! Jeez! This company and it's employees are beyond tardy! There is a reason they are so cheap and I get it.
I bought in on their hosting a few days ago and started to try build my site:

I am trying to be fair here so: As to their chat mostly very well informed, very friendly and willing to help but responses are generally slow.
I tried sitepad, website builder, and mostly everything else they offer naively hoping to find something that fits and works for me, but alas I am not a wordpress user and I will never in my life get used to it as it's too complicated for my pea-brain.
I came from learning to build websites on a site like ECWID,Shopify and One.com- the builders are incredibly easy and responsive.
As to sitepad I tried to update and change my website I built and things are not updating after I pressed the update button, my font doesn't change, color doesn't change.
As if this is not bad enough I tried to sign up with the butterfly paygate and it wouldn't take my payment so I used payfast. As soon as I got logged in after paying- I got myself a yellow notification that I had not paid an invoice-I emailed customer support- I cannot wait more than 24 hours Especially when there was a click here to live chat:
Now I cannot even chat there because that widget is GONE! this is both in brave and chrome. I have not getting help and I know they are trying but I wanted this done yesterday!
I signed up for a MONTH program and they are already billing me! 3 days into my subscription I have already been hit with 2 invoices! I am just so annoyed now!

You used to be prompt and efficient but now one has to practically beg you for a response and your review is giving an option of a date when I have multipl incidents.
