Great service the shipping took a little longer than expected so do not order unless two week advance. These make amazing gifts!!

Before I ordered the Capybara lamps, I had read the reviews which looked good to me. The lamps even exceeded my expectations: they are indeed very cute and well done.
Even though they were belated Christmas gifts, my daughters were very happy to have them.

It’s just what i expected. Fluffy latex capibara lamp which is adorable. The 20 minute timer it’s a great feature, my gf and I use it everyday.

This is the WORST company ever. Don’t order. I ordered 2 little lamps on 11/15. It’s 12/25, and not only have they not arrived but they will not refund my money. They lost the package (they marked as undeliverable) and still are refusing to refund me after 41 email messages over the last 26 days. Just don’t waste your time or money…. It’s a complete scam.

I ordered 2 items for express shipping. Items have not arrived and there is no way to contact you. You are a scam.

I had a perfectly good experience ordering from huggwai. It would be nice if the tracking was more detailed, there was a 10 day gap where nothing happened, but the product arrived within the estimated time. I got the rabbit lamp and it looks great and works as advertised.

The products were fantastic, took a while to get here but the children loved them, I need some for me 😂😂

Overall, I am very happy with the product, and the speed in which it was delivered. I received the two lamps I ordered this afternoon and tested them and everything is working fine.

I ordered mid November for it to come in time for Christmas. Received no information, messaged my order number to their Facebook page and got a quick response to a Royal Mail link which showed it would be delivered the next day. Fast response time and great product
