Easy ordering

I bought three of the nightlights. They ship from China so it takes a while, but when they arrived they were exactly as described. Soft and squishy and very cute. They each came with their own USB charging cable, so no batteries which is nice. All in all I'm satisfied with the purchase and would do it again.
FYI, we had some concerns with order numbers and shipping times. Huggwaii was very timely in responding to our emails.

It appears this company is a scam, do not buy from them. Placed an order nov26th and ive heard nothing. They took the money and ran

I thought they would be lacking in quality but i was very surprised by the quality. They feel very nice to touch and they are very bright. I love them! I bought two and I’m waiting on another two.

CUTEST THING EVER‼️ I ordered 5 more after receiving my duck with a flower on its head. Giving as gifts.
Be prepared to wait though - took 2-3 weeks to receive.

Easily used website. This is a second order I have placed. The item received first time is excellent.

Received my order very quickly. When I had questions about tracking, I received a very prompt and helpful response.

The lamp was delivered yesterday and is very cute. However, the company didn't update their tracking information or send any communication to inform that the product had been dispatched.
I ordered a capybara lamp on 17th November, payment was taken and email confirmation was sent but when I check my order it is still"awaiting dispatch". Emails to huggwaii support are returned as undeliverable.

the interface is simple, and the large choices on the site and the discount are awesome. Perfect for a gift.

Final update : despite me charging back Huggwalii offered a full refund, which I politely declined, informing them I had already charged back. Huggwaii then disputed the charge back (!) sending their proof of delivery which was the same non evidential delivery statement from Amazon - their carrier. I give up. Just saying you delivered something is not evidence you did.

Amended to include Company used Amazon delivery, who failed to deliver. Contacted Amazon who claimed delivered but couldn’t prove delivery, nor track where package was left.

Huggwail insisted I get a stamped record from my “local post office” to prove no delivery…and refused to progress my “claim”. Amazon of course do not offer this… not a scam just dodgy and inept cs. No goods and no response from CS. Delivery failure not for consumers to resolve.

Updated ... this is about the 5th conversation in exchange..
