Hull Fibre Reviews 

Had my router and all that fitted about a week ago and the 1000mps had only kicked in yesterday. Trying to do anything online would cost me my mobile data because of how horrendous the connection was (15mbps on my 5G phone) As long as the internet keeps up I have no real reason to complain, better than kcom by miles.

Really happy so far, faster speeds, £20 a month cheaper than KCom, WiFi Luke called round the day before to give me the router & talk me through the set up. Great service all round, I'm a happy bunny 😁

Had a hiccup on instalation day but the fault was with the cable not the instalation but the guy was at my door at 8am next morning and was up and running within half hour. Best move I've moved from k com faster speeds and cheaper per month.

Moved from KCOM best move ever , had initial external installation problem but Steve and Brett went above and beyond to get it sorted but prior to this several calls to customer services to inform them of problem , these ladies were lovely, listened and dealt with issues quickly and very reliably.Huge difference in quality of the internet speeds and great prices compared to KCOM

Life happens and I had to move back home, needed the internet and Hull Fibre offered a better deal than KCOM. Only had some teething issues in the beginning, and even then there was always someone available. Customer service is very good, unlike when I was with KCOM. Cannot fault the company or staff, all have been very friendly and support is always available

Moved over to Hull Fibre from Virgin Media and so far not been disappointed with the broadband service. Great customer service, from explaining what's available to the actual fitting of the fibre cable and router. Installation team were very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Hi I was with Kcom for so many years and I always think that was good decision. When I found out about Hull Fibre I change my provider straight away. I have better speed for less money and them people are very friendly to 😊

The customer service is excellent and although we still struggle getting fast broadband in our area, the installation, cost and overall service exceeds that of Kcom

Made the correct decision to go with Hull Fibre the switch from Kcom was simple on Hull Fibre (not on Kcom) that's another story. I have nothing but praise for the fast reliable service at Hull Fibre if I have had a problem they rectify in swiftly

This is the first Internet company that I’ve been with and I really can’t fault anything. The are easy to contact if needed and the prices are very affordable. Would recomend

Much cheaper than Kcom
1000/1000 down and up speeds, more than kcom
reliability has been good. hardly any downtime
happy to have moved from kcom after many years with no issues with kcom.

We initially had issues with the Internet but was sorted in under 24hours
No issues so far

We changed to a hull Fibre a few months ago and not only have we saved ten pounds a month we are also very satisfied with the service we get from Hull Fibre. No problems with internet and very fast.

Internet Has slowed down not getting the speed we wanted,supposed to get a month free did not get one billed me a month in advanced x
