I received my bottle in a box. Box look shady and unprofessional. Once i open the box to inspect the bottle I was surprised there was no label on it stating that it is a legitimate product. I noticed the charging cable is too short plus no power adapter. I used my phone power adapter and began to charge the device. In about 2 hours it was ready. The lack of instruction booklet on cleaning and maintaining the bottle is a big miss. (No wonder they try to sell you extended warranty at the time of purchase) I had to look up for that info online. When i opened the bottle it had an unusual smell. So after washing and drying it, I went ahead and tested it. The bottle lights up blue and the water started to get cloudy. after a few minutes I remove cap and took sum sips. Water tasted ok but the odd smell remains. Hope that is not toxic. Plus will this bottle ever require filter replacement? I bought this for the main purpose in helping my kidneys and liver improve. I hope this isn't all hype.

I ordered a water bottle on July 9, 2024. I was over excited to receive my HydroHealth water bottle. As I open the package sitting next to my 2 adult daughters, we couldn't help but to notice that the newly arrived Hydro health bottle is identical to a less expensive bottle that I paid $13.99. The bottle that I ordered from HydroHealth had "HydroHealth"written on the bottle and there nothing written on this newly arrived bottle. That drew suspicion! Then, when I was finally able to get in contact with a rep (email only) The rep was so offensive . I told her that I received a water bottle in the mail and there's no way this bottle is an AUTHENTIC hydro health water bottle. I continued saying "I don't feel this is an authentic HydroHealth water bottle " and would like to return it for a
refund. Please forward to my email the process to return this bottle. Thanking you in advance
At first the rep kept texting me back offering partial refunds and I declined. After 5 different text messages, the rep never gave me the return address as of now! I then said to her, "that you leave me with no alternative but to seek legal help in getting my money returned to me" The texting STOP IMMEDIATELY!

Switching to hydrogen water with my Hydrohealth bottle has been revolutionary. The enhanced taste and health benefits like increased focus and energy have made me a huge advocate. It's a must-have for anyone looking to improve their hydration and health.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I purchased two bottles and when delivered both were defective. One leaked water and one would not charge. I went back and forth with a dozen emails before they agreed to warranty these. They have a60 day warranty. I sent pics and videos that they requested and still would go back and forth with emails.

4 weeks later I received the replacements. 30 days after that one of the two replacements would not charge anymore. After going back and forth with multiple photos and videos they told me I was outside of the 60 day warranty. I explained they were replacements that I had only for 30 days. They refused to understand and used the date from the original purchase to deny the claim. So after 60 days from the original order I now possess one bottle that works and three other that have gone in the garbage.

This is a terrible company.

Don't believe the write-ups. These ship from China and take forever to arrive. No idea if this actually works as the hydrogen bubbles are nonexistent.

The biggest difference I've noted after using the hydrogen bottle for 2 weeks, is my lower blood sugar levels. I am an insulin dependent type2 diabetes sufferer. Since using the hydrogen waterbottle, my blood sugars have been noticeable lower and far easier to control. Thus far my experience with this product has been a positive one. It seemed to take a long while to receive the 2 bottles I ordered. Longer than I anticipated, however I'm feeling quite a bit better since I've started using it.
