Great bike. Delivered to UK ahead of stated schedule (within 8 days of order) using DHL, with no problems. Sizing good. Assembly easy (made easier by the Eagle AXS wireless gearing!). Muchas Gracias.

I ordered my bike to be shipped to the USA and everything went well on their side. The bike arrived well packed and without any damage.
For US customers, the customs may cause a delay as they will need some information and you will probably need to pay some import taxes.

Specialized Roubaix Expert 2021
I ordered my bike from IBKbike in Spain. I'm in France.
The whole experience was stress free and easy.
The guys at IBK were super helpful.
They even set the brakes up how I asked, with the front brake on the right.
The bike was very well packed, and arrived without delay.
I would recommend IBKbike without reservation. I would certainly buy from them again.

No problem to the UK
I struggled to find forks in the UK and IBK had them in stock at a good price. Arrive within a week and no additional charges (I have heard of additional taxes but this didn’t happen to me)

Customs duties are already included in the cost of the order so that it is not a problem for the customer.

I've not bought from abroad before so the experience was new to me. After seeing several other reviews and chatting online to the people in the store I purchased the Epic Evo, only one request and that was to switch the brakes around for the UK to which the guys in the shop sorted no problem.
