Il servizio clienti risponde sempre, l'importante è contattarli via email e NON via app!
Ho avuto alcuni disguidi e mi hanno SEMPRE risposto.
Ho ricevuto anche un rimborso, cosa che non erano tenuti a fare.
Acquisterò nuovamente la stessa cam in quanto, tranne per un PICCOLO problema, mi sono sempre trovato bene.
Migliorerei l'app, visto che alcune cose, oltre a non essere molto intuitive, non funzionano bene, tipo i video/notifica salvati che, quando li cancello, poi me li ritrovo ancora lì, pur avendo confermato la cancellazione. E comunque trovarli e visualizzarli per data non è proprio lineare come cosa.

Aggiungo: OTTIMO il fatto che pagare per il cloud (per salvare i video) è una cosa opzionale, avere una micro SD è più che sufficiente (e per riempirne una da 128 gb ce ne vuole!!!).

Uso la cam solo quando esco e, ogni tanto, quando vado a dormire; considerando che passo quasi tutta la notte sveglio, avviarla di giorno risulta superfluo (o quasi).

Having read the reviews I made a purchase of 2 security light cameras the 2k one for the front and rear of my property. They did not disappoint. They were fitted in a few hours and the picture is excellent. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again.

Very highly recommend. We've got 4 of these cameras now strategically placed around the stables and fields. Never had a problem with any of them and very pleased with their performance. Had to contact support when purchasing the annual subscription to the mobile network. They were extremely helpful, replied promptly and we sorted the issue quicky and smoothly.

Can not fault the camera. Works great with a very good, in fact excellent picture quality. The problem lies with my WiFi.
As I live in a built up area and have a data only sim through a router, the signal quality is shocking. Had to buy a mesh system to boost the signal. On a very calm day, signal is very good and the camera is excellent. But on a windy day, basically no signal at all and can not connect to the camera.
At the same time as I said this camera is so easy to set up and picture quality is outstanding.
Comes with a very strong magnet if you want to use that instead of screwing it in place.
For me it's a 10 out of 10.
Motion detection is spot on.
Can not fault camera in any way.
A very reasonable price to say the least.

On opening the package very well packed really easy to set up and install had them working now for about 4 days so far can not fault them ,, let’s hope they keep going well

The power button on my baby monitor was broken. I contacted the customer service team and they very promptly replied asking me to send a video to show this. They quickly confirmed that they would replace my entire monitor system free of charge. Since the monitor I originally had was out of stock, they replaced it with a newer model. All communication was very quick and I received the replacement monitor less than a week later. I was highly impressed by the ieGeek customer service team 👏🏻

ho ordinato 2 telecamera iegeek mod. zy-c1 , una funzionante, la seconda con problemi di batteria tampone che non tiene la carica. Dopo un po di scambi di informazioni con il centro assistenza i tecnici hanno riconosciuto che vi era un problema e sono stati disponibili ad inviarmi un prodotto sostitutivo. Pertanto aggiorno volentieri la mia recensione a 5 stelle per il servizio offerto. Ringrazio e rinnovo la mia fiducia nel marchio IEGEEK. Dispongo di una ventina di telecamere di questo marchio e fanno il loro dovere.

We purchased 4 different products from ieGeek for outdoor use : Floodlight, small ones and 360 rotation. Very pleased with the Application and variety options, quality of pictures and notifications. Reasonable prices. I would definite recommend this brand.

They don’t honour there warranties they say one thing then change their mind then they offer you 30% refund terrible company don’t use

J'ai acheté six caméras ieGeek avec mini panneau solaire il y a dix-huit mois.

Actuellement :
- Deux caméras fonctionnent normalement
- Une autre se recharge très lentement (son panneau solaire est placé à côté de celui de la caméra qui fonctionne, même orientation)
- Une autre ne grave plus rien sur la carte SD
- Une autre ne détecte plus rien, n'enclenche pas l'enregistrement
- La dernière déclenche un enregistrement toutes les x minutes (j'ai diminué la sensibilité de détection, pareil)

Donc expérience négative, ce qui est dommage, car pour le prix, la qualité d'image est décente, l'interface d'utilisation de l'appli est très agréable (j'ai acheté deux autres marques de caméras, leurs applis sont vraiment foireuses).

Voilà... C'est mon expérience.

The short recording time cloud is too expensive

Subscriped on behalf of my dad for a camera he bought. Which wasnt fit for purpose so he returned it. This was a year ago and they continue to collect the subscription fee despite my many requests to cancel it, they just ignore it. Just a rogue company producing poor products with zero customer service.

Je suis très insatisfait du service après vente de la marque.
J’ai manifesté le fait que l’unité parentale de la caméra bébé ne prenait plus la charge au bout de quelques mois, le SAV me contacte, me demande de faire plusieurs vérifications, de leur faire une vidéo pour leur prouver que ça ne fonctionne pas. Cela fait 6 mois que j’ai envoyé la vidéo, toujours pas de retour, malgré ma relance !
En gros, une caméra bébé offerte à la naissance qui n’a quasiment paspu être utilisée, super !!

I have installed the cameras at 2 other family members, and we can all view, although you can also allow permissions in the app, to view, be able to control or be unavailable as needed

Kamera hat leider nach einem Jahr nicht mehr geladen aber der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und kompetent,habe sofort eine Rückerstattung bekommen und im falle einer neuen Kamera und entstandenen mehr Kosten einen Differenz Ausgleich angeboten bekommen

Pretty good cameras, easy to set up, and a nice crisp visible camera view.
