The security camera is great and functions well but the documation was difficult to understand. I have had it installed now for just over 2 weeks and mostly used trial and error to get everything working.

Ich habe das babyphone mit 2 Kameras. Über die Bildqualität und einfache Handhabung bin ich begeistert . Irgendwann hat das babyphone angefangen zu rauschen. Der Kundenservice hat sofort reagiert , als die Tipps umgesetzt wurden und leider keine Besserung war haben sie mir eine neue geschickt - und das alles über die Weihnachtszeit wo die meisten gar nicht reagieren würden.
Habe sogar nochmal eine E-Mail bekommen ob alles funktioniert :

I purchased 2 solar camera firstly and they were working ok, appart of taking too long to connect when you wanted to see it live on the app. After a while, I purchased another one, solar also. Then issues such as taking too long to connect live, history events stopped rolling automatically, missing events, people passing in fromt of camera and is not being recorded. I contacted the customer service by their email and lined up my issues, they suggested troubleshooting which I followed but issues persisted. I contacted them again and they asked me to send the serial numbers of the cameras so they can check remotely, I fid and they never came back to me anymore, although I chased them on the email.
Now, one camera wasn't charging and I had to reset and reconnect and so far is charging, the second camera gone off for no reason, I physically restarted and so far works, and the third one keep missing events and when I go onbthe history, the events are not loading.
They are in good location with strong wi fi, updated to the latest software, all proved to support people,and are not working properly still.
The cameras might look good and be cheaper, but when you thing about the issues arenot worth buying them, they are not fit for purpose.

Igeek doesn’t have a clear view when someone breaks in your stuff. And the spot light want stay in long enough to see the person. I want buy this product again.

I would not buy one I would save your money and get something better they are rubbish they don't seem to click onto the internet they're slow at loading up to view things they're just rubbish they're just junk you cannot view live as I take all day to load up their rubbish trash

I had trouble with the set up at first. Customer service is wonderful I now have the best camera I’ve ever purchased. It works perfectly and no subscription. I am purchasing another and my stepmom just bought one because I told her about mine. Thank you

You get what you pay for in life and these outside security cameras fall into this bracket.
A nightmare to understand the complicated set up system.
I won't be encouraging others to purchase these cameras.

Bought 2 cameras with LTE data sims. The cost of the data is 60 percent more expensive than advertised. I bought a years subscription. It stopped working after a week and after going in circles for another two weeks emailing them, sending copies of my bank statements, confirming email, deleting and re registering the camera, downloading different apps and loads of other pointless nonsense they got me to do to string it out, I had to raise a dispute with my card provider to get back the £156 they have stolen. Amazon refunded me for the cameras when I explained.

This security company is one of the best on the market for all your cctv security cameras. High quality manufacturer. And their customer service is is second to none. And they respond to your queries within 24 hours.

Totally rubbish cameras do not buy what's a waste of money they are I have one constantly charging it doesn't record and it's not even a year old I would not bother buy him one of these they are a waste of money

The good; price, features, phone app
The bad; camera quality is beyond horrible. It can't read a license plate from ten feet away

Purchased a faulty camera doorbell. Politely requested a return process but they insist i cannot be faulty and refuse a return to reace item. Sent images proving 12 second delay in detecting motion allowing theives to steal from my door step only getting them from behind walking away. Followed tutorial video iegeek sent didn't fix issues so their now saying its bit faulty and to go away stop bothering them!!!
It now stopped working altogether ive had it less than 4 weeks but they won't allow me to return faulty item regardless of evidence sent to them. They cause me mebtal health issues, ive cried over this and now feel totally taken advantage of deceived and thrown aside like I have no consumer rights!
Awful organisation doesnt care makes you feel.your the offender not the victim!

Scam company.
Cameras arrived and functionality whilst not faulty wasn't as described so weren't right for what I wanted. Contacted to return, said items not even been opened and so in perfect condition, and all I have had is time stalling ridiculous emails going round in circles with 'please tell us when you are ready to return' being their favourite sign off. Sent package to the UK return address specified on their website but they are saying that isn't right. If I ever receive my money back I will cone back here and remove or edit this review but right now it seems I have been scammed. Seen other reviews now too where people have been strung along and never got a refund. I note the grammer on any 5* reviews below looks suspiciously incorrect too.

Very good product. I already have two camera installed at my mother house in moutain in canada(north of Quebec city). The winter is very cold, I had a doubt that solar panel will be enough to keep battery charged but there is no problem. Even at -20deg celcius, camera still working and no need to be charged. Easy to use and install, good quality for the price. Highly recommended.

3 caméras Iegeek extérieures wifi 5MP achetées sur Amazon, les 3 sont tombées en panne en même temps au bout de 2 ans et 2 semaines donc plus garanties. Qualité déplorable, je passe à une autre marque.

Not responsive to emails with technical problems. Also only display positive reviews on their website, suspiciously all 5* and published in groups on same days (for the product I bought). The product certainly has it's issues, and I can't believe the claims about battery size given how short it lasts. Here is my full and honest review for the 4G camera 4 months ago that still hasn't appeared on their website.

Design faults prevent it being a useful security device at present =(
I've been using this camera over a year and its good but has two faults that stop it being really useful. The panel and battery are not well matched to the power requirements, unless you have cloudless direct sunshine for about 6 hours a day the battery discharges quite fast, a full charge only lasts a couple of days even without any recording. Outside of mid summer it is off every night so pretty useless for security. The motion detection is also very insensitive/dumb, even on all maximum settings, it will trigger with changing cloud cover but can't see people clearly walking about in an empty frame, again pretty useless for security. I really wanted it to work and everything else performs well but without fixing these problems its sadly a curiosity/toy rather than a proper security device. I contacted iGeek for help but received no reply so perhaps they are aware of these issues. For reference the unit is mounted on a pole in free 360 space with the panel at 45deg to horizontal facing due south, ambient -5 to+30C, lat 56deg North. A firmware update and larger panel option would be a great idea iGeek!

Very good and quick customer services

Placed and order recently for cameras and doorbell waited 2 days for notification on despatch nothing had to email them and they came back with the door bell is out of stock so I asked them to send an alternative with no reply I then emailed again and they automatically cancelled the order and refunded i think ill look at alternative options to purchase the 5 cameras and doorbell due to their customer services and understanding of the needs of the customer
