Noch ist nicht eine Jahre alt meine Bestellung,bin ich bestellt 4 kameras,schön zwei ist kaput funktioniert nicht mehr auf die zwei.Bin ich 3-4 mal geschrieb,einmal bin gekriegt einmal komisch Antwort und keine wort mehr.

Pur rispettando le indicazioni che vengono fornite per la configurazione delle telecamere da esterno acquistate, nel tempo persistono i falsi allarmi per passaggi di gatti intorno a casa. Buone telecamere per chi vuole documentare la natura letteralmente attorno a sé, pessime per chi si aspetta di essere avvisato della presenza di malintenzionati.

Ho acquistato 4 telecamere da esterno, 1 più nuova (5mpixel) ha la possibilità di attivare sirena di allerme esterna anche di giorno, le altre 3 più datate NO. Nonostante sulla pubblicità viene genericamente indicata questa funzione, nulla è detto circa l'impossibilità di farla sunare di giorno. Assistenza si è offerta di fare 20% sconto suu nuovo acquisto. Non ritengo giusto, aggiornare un software per farlo funzionare anche di giorno è possibile, visto che le nuove telec lo hanno. Pessima ricezione wifi e poco sensibile la telecamera nel rilevare movimenti.

Ottimo prodotto lo uso da ben 3 anni e ho 4 dispositivi ma soprattutto ottima assistenza rispondono rapidamente e cercano di risolvere nel migliore dei modi

We have purchased a couple of these outside cameras for the front of our home and we have had issues ongoing one camera after charging won’t turn back on we asked for help on the settings function so we completed all the issues with photos and the ongoing reply’s are can you send more information which is impossible so it must be automated response which is useless for customer who need help

Concerning my review from Oct. 2nd. Since then the company has reached out to me and made everything right and apologized for it all. As far as the camera itself goes it is a good product. It is easy to set up and works as advertised.

Doorbell not great, needs recharge very frequently and often goes out of sync with the receiver meaning we miss a lot of people at the door. I've recently tried a reset and it no longer seems to connect properly. Had it for a year.

Customer service is good - updating my review slightly as they have been attentive in trying to help resolve the issue which is appreciated.

Terrible company, tell lies, will not give refund through company item was bought from, want to do so through p appal, which they say they do not do if not purchased through them , IeGeek lied stating they do not sell through Amazon, load of lies there are loads o& thei4 items on there, won’t allow review, wonder why, , do not buy from them , Ihave now had replies after putting on trustpilot and received a refund. Always much cheaper and trustworthy! As soon as this 2015 Mac goes, I will get another from him. I also get doodads there, like phone covers, screen covers. I was going to buy and install myself and it was still much less expensive. He just installed it. The labor was free. You always get more than you pay for here.

Are you serious about this. I didn’t get what I ordered and payed for. I emailed you 4 times with no response. The charge has been turned over to my credit card company as a dispute. Geeeze!!! Get real!!!!

Are they mis-selling the ie92? or do support@iegeek simply dont know or care?

The spec on their web page says it supports ONVIF and has remote access via PC.

But their support at iegeek, say that it neither supports ONVIF and is not accessible via PC.

Absolute scandalous with your new update charging customers for video viewing after 6 seconds of an activity alert. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and already paying for Ai alerts now your adding this charge. Absolutely shocking and will definitely looking for an alternative I’ve already cancelled my Ai. Shame on yous money grabbing *****

Une catastrophe, en cas de problème avec l application c est un parcours du combattant avec le service client ,a part vous demander la facture ,qui visiblement ne doit provenir que de chez Amazon, pourquoi ???
Ils répondent 1 fois sur 4 et au final vu la réponse on est toujours pas mieux avancé

This is my 3rd camera. The work great with clear picture. I noticed this use an all plastic connector plate instead of steel like the others. We will see how long it lasts.

Very satisfied with the delivery and great camera service especially ability to use solar and night vision also ability to talk threw the camera. Super great and easy to install and use.

iegeek cam.whats not to like £45.battery & solar.can speak & hear.spot light,which is motion sensitive or you can manually put the light on.can move camera around.ringing alarm to your phone when motion triggered you can set that timer to like say between 10pm & 5 30am.(whist your in bed)can set it to 30second record when triggered.no subscription fee.
