je n'ai pas encore installé tous les produits achetés mais je dois dire que j'ai eu un souci dans la réception avec une erreur dans le modèle livré (inversion). L'entreprise a pris les choses en main en me renvoyant le bon modèle et en m'offrant la caméra supplémentaire ! Je suis donc ravi du service client qui est facilitateur.

Pessima l’assistenza. Videocamera da esterno ha smesso di funzionare ancora in garanzia mi hanno proposto una soluzione con apparecchio meno performante e più economico nonostante fosse in vendita il prodotto che si è rotto.

Kamera, die sich von allein wieder einschaltet! Support ahnungslos. Zweifelhafte Vertragsgrundlagen.
Ich habe eine Outdoor- und eine Indoorkamera bestellt. Die Bildqualität ist wirklich sehr gut, wofür quasi der eine Stern steht, den man eh vergeben muss.
Eine der Kameras lässt sich über die App gar nicht ausschalten. Die andere kann man ausschalten, doch schaltet sie sich nach Stunden plötzlich von allein wieder ein (zumindest reagiert auf einmal der Bewegungssensor und leuchtet permanent rot, obwohl keine Bewegung da ist). Sie zeichnet dann zwar keine Videos oder Bilder auf, aber ein rotes Licht leuchtet. Schalte ich die Kamera in der App dann noch einmal ein und wieder aus, verschwindet das rote Licht wieder für ein paar Stunden bis es dann wieder von allein angeht.
Auf Anfrage beim Kundenservice hieß es, man könne mir dazu keine Informationen geben. Nur, dass ein Fremdzugriff wegen der guten Verschlüsselung unmöglich sei.
Will man den Cloudspeicher nutzen, gibt es die Vereinbarung dazu nur auf englisch. Einen Hinweis auf Kündigungsmöglichkeiten habe ich nicht finden können. Auch der Link zur "Automatischen Einzugsvereinbarung" in der App läuft ins Leere ("Page not found").
Fazit: eine Kamera, die sich selbstständig macht und nicht vorhandene oder nur englische Vereinbarungen sind mehr als unseriös!

I bought a camera that stopped working in less than 2 months and when I tried to resolve the problem with the company they ignored me and deliberately delayed communication to make more time pass and thus I cannot get my money back.

Just had delivered their Smart doorbell camera. Excellent value. Took some time to track down a doorbell camera that satisfied my spec which included:
1. Easy set up.
2. Control of camera angle in two dimensions.
3. Memory card storage.
4. Limited free cloud storage (7 days).
5. Helpful and informative app software that includes easy interrogation.
6. Under £60.
7. Good, clear picture resolution.
8. Push notifications.
9. Discrimination for sound, human recognition and movement as well as sensitivity control to avoid over-reaction to alarm stimuli.
Only negative is the delay in reacting in that, depending on circumstances, the slow response could end up seeing someone’s back as theg walk away from the front door. But certainly , loiterers would be accurately picked out for recognition.

ieGeek reached out to me following several emails and following some dialogue, they provided me with a good solution to rectify the issues i faced.
Overall, aside from the delays, the service has been good.
I should add, the language used and the customer service provided during email conversations has been nothing short of professional and supportive. I was particularly impressed with the support once the ball started to roll.

Bought 4 solar cameras, 3 stopped working in under 1 year. The official Ebay store ignored me and i have emailed them via the address on their website, but they have also ignored me.
The description states 3 year manufacture warranty. Clear it's a scam and they have no intention on honouring their sales.
STAY AWAY FROM THE SELLER!
If it goes wrong and it might, you will be out of pocket!

I would not touch them. Great customer service until things can't get resolved. Bought battery cameras and now a complete poe system which both stopped working in under a year. Re POE they sent a hard drive but it was the NVR that was faulty and since I reported this I have had no response

Purchased two ieGeek outdoor cameras and after two years the internal batteries failed (refused to re charge) i contacted ieGeek for replacements but never got any reply and could not find any on the internet so no choice but to bin and buy replacement cameras. i would not recommend purchasing anything by IeGeek the after sales is useless and to throw a product away because of a battery is just mad

An Honest Review
I bought a ieGeek outdoor cam so as to keep an eye on my car when parked up of a night .
Brilliant had no issues .
But my review is about one that ieGeek has sent me for a honest review of the ieGeek Wire Free 4G LTE ZY-G2 Cellular Battery Security Camera with Solar Panel.
I opened the box and was pleasantly surprised a nice white cam with everything you need to set it up . It was so easy to set up my 8 year old grand son could have set this cam up
It has a small built in memory but you can add a 128 micro SD card which I did , so no need to take out any subscriptions you don’t even set it up to your wireless home system it has its own built in .
I can swipe the live picture on my phone in the app and it will pan to the left and right so you can see more . It won’t pan up and down though which is about the only thing missing from this cam. It has a great picture and even shows a night shot in Colour .
I really can’t find fault and part of me wishes I could haha. So that’s it I think , so just to sum up this is an unbiased and honest review I’ve given after testing out this cam for ieGeek and I can honestly say I like it I like it a lot in fact , and the app you download is easy to use to.

Sorry people . I thought this cam worked without a Subscription but unfortunately it does not. In fact unless you subscribe after the trial offer is up you won’t get any use of the Cam NO live view NO Nothing . So there you have it, unless you subscribe to this particular cam then you can’t use it at all.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought two cameras from them and just after a year they started to play up. Motion sensors failed, they’d only capture the feet of the person or tailgate of a car or blank, nothing. Battery too wouldn’t last more than three days. I contacted them and they gave me instructions what to do, nothing! Then they said I need to update the firmware so I did, it made things worse. Now they are refusing to replace them claiming their store on Amazon was closed and the cameras are unavailable. All lies. I checked with Amazon and their store is still open and the cameras are there. They refused to honour the two year warranty which is against the law. I have two faulty cameras to which they admitted are faulty but refuse to replace them. Amazon said they’ve received many complaints against this company. Thankfully Amazon are going to refund me in full and I’ll buy a different brand. Disgusting behaviour

Enquired again and told them I had been offered item elsewhere cheaper in the meantime.
They would not match price.
Still not depatched.
Asked to cancel.
They did not cancel.
They wrote to ask if I still want order. ITem now in stock!
I wrote "Yes, please despatch asap".
They cancelled!
