Arrived in perfect condition and working great for what I needed it for.

Purchased a freezer which was delivered in a damaged condition. Returned to Igenix however no refund has been forthcoming despite contacting Igenix several times. You have been warned.!!!!!!

Parcel delivered absolutely on time and the chip pan was exactly what I wanted and was used almost right away. This is an excellent product. So glad I ordered the Igenix.

Product was exactly what I wanted, the price was better than in the chain, it was delivered very quickly. No complaints.
Edited after using the 1.5l deep fat fryer a few times.
In my lifetime I've owned many deep fat fryers and they all end up being quite gruesome regardless of the fancy features they have. This time I've opted for simplicity. Elsewhere I purchased a 3 litre green oil storage container with a filter and screw lid for keeping the oil between uses, no mess no smells. The fryer comes apart, the bits that get messy, the basket (after detaching handle) and the oil container go in the dishwasher, the rest is easily cleaned as necessary. I place it on the hob under the extractor fan to remove the steam and smells.
This 1.5l version is large enough to cook chips for the two of us. Crinkle cut, well washed and dried, 5 minutes at 170 produces dry, soft inside slightly crispy outsides proper golden chips, much better than the air fried chips we've been eating for years. As the air fryer took 22 minutes I'm not sure it used less electricity as this one heats rapidly and takes just a few minutes.
Very happy with our real chips.

Goods arrived late and were damaged. Igenix have still not responded to email regarding the return of the damaged goods

Very poor updates with regard to delivery and also long delivery time, as I haven't received the item yet (ordered 23/11/2024)

Chose because offered next day delivery. Didn't arrive and courier showing not due until the Monday. Didn' arrive Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday despite being promised each day. I then cancelled and bought from someone else.

I paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived three days later

Waited in all day Friday only to be told at 7pm it will be delivered Monday

Easy to order and delivered promptly by a proper courier with online tracking.

I had bought a dehumidifier myself 18 months ago and very happy with it. I placed two separate orders for two further ones to two locations for family members. One went well, the other went missing whilst with the courier, Ashleigh from Igenix was very helpful and helped sort it out. Both happy with purchase

E mail clearly gave instructions on delivery and who was delivering. It arrived earlier than expected. Arrived in pristine condition by a lovely pleasant chap. I'd recommend using this service.

The convector heater was damaged (outlet grills dented) and I had a hard time inserting the fixing screws to hold the feet in place. The pre-drilled holes would not accept two of the screws and a lot of fiddling was needed before they could be driven in.
In fairness, the company offered to collect the item and provide either a refund or a new unit.
