Super Pen

The pen looks even better than the pictures and the Carbonesque lacquer finish has a pleasing texture. Excellent build quality, a nice weight in the hand, and very smooth nib. Medium writes similar to a European medium so consider if that is what you want. The clip does not interfere with how I naturally grip this pen. I prefer to syringe-fill the included converter to get a full ink capacity. Delivery to the UK was very prompt with good tracking, and no additional charges.

Incredibly disappointed by the fountain…

Incredibly disappointed by the fountain pen and the service received by Iguana. I ordered an Aurora flexi F nib (over 400 pounds). Received a very scratchy and not even remotely flex nib (nothing like the reviews I saw online of this pen) The company refused to cover return cost (unless they deem the nib subpar which I am not sure how I can trust they will admit it's subpar. At this price point, return costs should be covered no questions asked and I regret not checking first) and clearly they don't test the nibs before shipping which is also unacceptable at this price point. I will never order from them again or Aurora for that matter. Very disappointed.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I placed two orders for fountain pens as presents. It was not apparent given the shop title and web address being I’m based, that the products would be shipped from Spain with a highly restrictive courier, which meant that no alternative delivery options are available and packages will not be delivers with refund not being available for weeks

Company let down by poor quality product

I am posting a negative review for only one reason, that I was not provided with a contact to whom I could raise a formal complaint. Up to that point in time, I had found the customer service to be of a high standard. I wanted a contact because I wanted to complain about the comments provided by their technical department where they had stated: "After analyzing all aspects and based on the evidence, the technical service firmly believes that a knock or external impact may have caused this issue".
As I knew this statement to be absolutely untrue. And given the fact that they had not examined the watch, unfair.

A brief history as follows:
My wife bought me a Bauhaus Automatic Watch in December 2024 which started to lose time. I returned it three times before they agreed to replace the movement. Within days of its return the watch face filled with moisture indicating that it had not been properly sealed, I ignored this issue for a few days as I couldn't face the prospect of returning it for a fourth time but a few days later I found the second hand rattling around which prompted me to request a further return.

After the 'technical analysis' I was advised that it would be likely that any further repairs would be chargeable.

Although, as I have stated, the customer service was generally of a high standard, I would not recommend purchasing from this company as the products they are selling do not seem to be of good quality.

Compré la pluma Esterbrook ST Blue Moon como regalo y, aunque la primera unidad tenía un pequeño fallo (la tinta se secaba al cabo de unos días), el servicio posventa fue impecable. Me enviaron una nueva rápidamente y funciona de maravilla. Muy contenta con la atención y con la pluma, que además es preciosa. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Absoluta falta de seriedad

Absoluta falta de seriedad. Es una empresa en la que no se puede confiar. El día 08 de octubre solicito una pluma que aparece como disponible en plumín "F". Tras no tener noticia alguna de la empresa, a pesar de garantizar envío en 24 horas, el día 11 contacto con ellos. Me dicen que no cuentan con ese plumín pero sí con el "M". A pesar de que no me habían avisado (como era su obligación), acepto el cambio. No recibo número de seguimiento alguno. Tras 2 llamadas (con la consiguiente pérdida de tiempo) me lo facilitan. La empresa de transporte con que trabajan DHL en 2 ocasiones miente diciendo que no estoy en domicilio. Solicito el reembolso y me dicen que pedirán a la empresa el retorno del paquete y entonces me lo reembolsarán. Es un desastre de experiencia que me ha hecho fallar a un regalo de cumpleaños especial. Jamás compraré con ellos ni recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo hacerlo. Se supone que es una empresa de lujo y Ali Express ofrece mucha más seriedad.

Beware — they take payment without having stock or replying to customers

BEWARE! I placed an order in early October and received only a vague order confirmation email saying they’d be in touch with an ETA for delivery. I chased several times but no reply, only automated “office hours”responses.

A few days later I received the two emails shown below, stating they didn’t actually have the product in stock and were waiting to contact the manufacturer for availability and then a subsequent one saying there was a month and a half’s wait as the product wouldn’t be available (“possibly”) until the end of November. So why take payment in the first place?

I’ve now had to escalate through my payment company to get a refund (thankfully successful). It’s beyond me why Iguana are still accepting orders when:
1. They don’t have stock.
2. They don’t inform customers properly.
3. They don’t respond when you chase.

In my view, this borders on taking money under false pretence of having items available. I’m lucky my payment company stepped in. Proceed with extreme caution.

je pense que c'est du l'arnaque

J’ai commandé la montre Mondaine SBB Evo2 Petite, Blanc, 26mm, Cuir, MSE.26110.LC, mais j’ai reçu le modèle MSE.26110.LCV en cuir végétal.
Je suis très déçu, car ce n’est pas le modèle que je voulais. De plus, je l’ai payé beaucoup plus cher alors qu’il est disponible sur Amazon à 174€.

Stunning Watch

I really like this watch and the thing that drew it to me was the power reserve indicator. The titanium case is beautiful and makes it stand out, plus the display back. The strap is very comfortable, although having slim wrists, I had to punch an extra two holes to keep it stable. It has only gained seven seconds since I first put it on eleven days ago. I don't had a bad word to say about this watch, I love it.

A reasonably priced attractive fountain pen.

Vertigo is a good looking pen sharing its name with one of the famous Hitchcock's films.It is a pleasure to hold and it writes well.Iguana sell had sent me the promptly as always.Avery good buy.

Absolutely fantastic service

Bought this in a “M” nib, inked it up and it’s absolutely gorgeous to write with. The bodywork is stunning in gorgeous navy, blues and some brown flecks. Looks gorgeous in the rhodium trim. Very happy and would highly recommend Esterbrook and Iguana sells.

Reloj Sinn 556 retraso

He comprado un reloj Sinn 556 me dijeron 2-3 semanas de espera pero no llego ni me comunicaron nada, tuve que enviarles yo un mail avisándoles y m dijeron que llegaría a principios de agosto, cosa que tampoco se va a cumplir y tendré que ser yo otra vez que se ponga en contacto con ellos para comunicarlo.
Cuando me he comprado una camiseta de 20€ he tenido un seguimiento mucho mejor que el ofrecido por Iguana Sell, me siento desatendido.

It appears another happy customer…

I was a bit apprehensive purchasing my watch from this company, of which I had never heard of. I’m so glad I did as they provided an outstanding service, getting hold of a limited edition (in demand) watch was child’s play with ‘Iguana Sell’. I was kept fully informed of my purchase every step of the way. It’s now on my wrist and I’m very happy with it.

Everything was just great

Everything was just great! The parcel was shipped within one day of placing the order and was delivered from Madrid to Bratislava overnight. Special thanks to DHL here. The pen itself is wonderful. The product fully corresponds to the description. I am happy and satisfied! Thank you very much for the excellent service, everything was just great!

"I absolutely LOVE both of my first Esterbrook Pens: Incredible Rock and Funky Lake. I had been wanting them for a while as they are beautiful (and would also like to afford the third in the series Quirky Leaf eventually too! ) so when I saw that the lovely people at Iguana had discounted them I bought them immediately. They were well packaged, delivery was speedy and communication from the seller was excellent throughout. Such great, reliable customer service. I have already got another pen on Preorder with them and will definitely come back when I fall in love with another pen release…which is bound to happen obviously!!! 🙄🤣🤗✒️💕"
