Impact Specialist Finance were excellent from start to finish, while helping me to secure funding for an unusual IHT situation, which seemed almost impossible to begin with. My broker, Dale Jannels, Roz Bailey and all other staff were thorough, professional, communicative and helpful at all times while dealing with my case and the fees charged were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Impact Specialist Finance for anyone who has a slightly unusual financial situation to find a solution for. I will always be extremely grateful to Impact for their help. The team we were dealing with at Impact (Jill and Catherine) along with Dale and everyone else involved have simply made the impossible a reality. Detailed fact find and understanding of my circumstances (retired, pension income only) then various options discussed and explained. ‘Best buy’ recommendation at a competitive interest rate and no up-front lender/ valuation/ solicitors’ charges, which I was happy to accept - a product only available through a whole-of-market intermediary such as Impact. Everyone at Impact was really friendly, explained things clearly, responded quickly and chased the bank and solicitors etc as needed.
These weren't ideal circumstances for needing a mortgage, but Impact made it so much easier than it could have been.
