We have used Impact a few times now and they have always provided a great service. They are always really helpful and quick with their responses. Kelly Harber and Melanie Orrell in particular have been fantastic.

I started this case with Impact in August 2021 after a couple of unsuccessful attempts with previous lenders. Hollie initially started the case and was really helpful in the early stages and then passed the case to Jill. Due to the complexity of the case it took many months to get the loan approved (largely due to additional inspections needed on the property) and Jill worked tirelessly with the lender to make sure we were successful. She kept me updated each step of the way and I was delighted this morning when the offer was issued. Fantastic Service.

Our process turned out to be a complicated, long winded experience, but this was no fault of the team at ISF. They all went extra miles to help expediate and ease the way. As a broker you are naturally reluctant to use a packager because of the additional admin involved. However, I have to say from start to finish the team were very helpful and responsive to messages. They proactively progressed the case and chased me and the client for any outstanding requirements as and when needed. Big thanks to Carolyn, Kelly & Mel who all helped get this case across the line.

Many thanks to Paul and Kevin for arranging to refinance my interest-only residential mortgage so efficiently. Paul arranged a buy-to let mortgage for me on another property in 2018 and I thought that I would go back to him for the fresh mortgage and I was not disappointed.

Roz has been a great support through whats not been a simple process. Correspondence has been prompt and regular, particularly with Roz and Dale.

Got there in the end, Pepper Money were very difficult to deal with but Impact made it a little less stressful.
