I would highly recommend Impact SF. They offer a friendly, professional and reliable service and I have not had any issues in what has been a really long and difficult remortgage process due to personal circumstances (nothing to do with Impact). They have offered excellent support and advice, Carolyn has been particularly helpful in the completion process and I would like to say thank you.

Were reasonably helpful to begin with, then had to be chased for information. Finally I was ghosted when they could not help me. They could offer no reason but a one line guess at why I’d been rejected. Not specialist in any way when dealing with my case but mere data inputters with a “computer says no” attitude. When asked for more details so I could make a future plan for any further applications I was ignored. I have since tried another company who have been infinitely more helpful.

There was never a discussion with me, merely a one line explanation, and completely ignored all follow emails.

Everyone I have dealt with at Impact have been really helpful and attentive. They are very quick at answering the phone and their emails which helps to avoid the delay when dealing with case enquiries.

We were struggling to find a good mortgage deal. Within a couple of days we were presented with what must be one of the best deals on the market and definitely for our situation, with a major High street lender that we could have found ourselves but didn’t.

So after thinking we would not be able to remortgage or that we would have to pay through the roof, we got a great deal.

No one likes paying fees but in this instance it was absolutely worth it. We went to 2 well recognized fee free companies but neither were able to find a suitable product.

The process was very professional and simple. As always it goes through slower than we hope but I think that is more to do with the lender than ISF.

They also have a really clever online case management tool that makes it really easy to keep up with what’s going on. However, whenever I needed an answer I don’t think I ever waited more than an hour for a detailed and helpful response.

Great service, great deal and easy to deal with. Not sure there is much more that I could ask for. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

When faced with the most complicated of cases involving an ice cream shop and a remote island location I really didn't think I would be able to meet my clients' needs but Impact came to the rescue.
