I am a regular buyer from you, used to order monthly until I was surprised that the company change the product quality, I stoped ordering and return my order and above this had to pay for the return shipping, the new product is less quality and same price 🤷‍♂️

Bought multipack Drylite level 3 pads from the website. The pads I received are nothing light what you see visually on the packaging. I queried it and was told I received the correct pads and there were slight adjustments as they had changed the manufacturer and location. The pads shown are a triangular shape similar to the Tena pads which are ideal for comfort. The pads I received were rectangular and uncomfortable to wear. Just a heads up if someone is thinking of ordering.

Great value, much cheaper than the supermarkets and a much greater choice of products including adult nappies and pull ups. I collected my order in person and the staff are very helpful and understanding.

I have a monthly subscription. I am advised in advance when my next delivery is due to be shipped. The price hasn't been increased so far and my Free deliveries arrive the next working day in plain packaging. Really pleased with this firm. Much more cost effective than my previous supplier Amazon.
