Great professionalism from the Customer Care Team
While I do not know who from in my household enrolled in the InfoTracer program, Jomarie from the Customer Care Team was able to assist me in disenrolling and obtaining credits for previous subscription charges/payments. This was very professionally completed and extremely valuable to me. I am sure that InfoTracer is a quality program. Unfortunately it is not one that I need at this time.

I had canceled my subscription before…
I had canceled my subscription before the deadline, but apparently the system didn't acknowledge the cancellation and posted a renewal charge to my credit card. After calling in, Joy was able to get the charge reversed.

You better take screenshots and proof of cancellation because they will ignore you, and you'll need to seek high and low for the correct customer service number because they make it difficult to find to get at least one charge from you - they are scammy and have it written all over them. I was savvy and was watching closely, but most people don't for "automatic" payments. You can tell they are banking on you forgetting and probably making a lot of money like that. Just a heads up

I asked InfoTracer to search for a…
I asked InfoTracer to search for a friend that I was unable to locate in January 2026. The search was thorough but not very helpful in locating him. There was simply inaccurate information. Regardless I was ok with paying for the the service.. $19.95 US converted to $28 CA on Paypal. Unfortunately the single payment I thought that I was paying for the search turned into subscription and I was billed two more times before I realized it. I was able to cancel on Paypal and then called InfoTracer to request a refund, I was issued one and the person I contacted was very helpful although somewhat difficult to understand. Anyway a caution when using this service.
