auto system needs work
When I called to cancel this service, the automated system hung up on me. The second time was much better because I spoke with a person, who was very fast and nice.

A problem solved...
I did some research from three different sources regarding potential purchase. The information from you, vinspy.com and beenverified did not harmonize completely. I cancelled my subscription about a week prior to the due date for the monthly renewal but was charged anyway. Yet to your credit, the young woman rep that I spoke with was extremely polite and professional, very endearing qualities. She was able to reverse the charges. Any organization will benefit from employees such as her.

The link to go in and cancel your subscription will lead to you filling out a form. The form does absolutely nothing, I tried it multiple times and the reoccuring charge still showed up.
