False Advertising- Costs $$
Completely fake advertising --They post everywhere their VIN and License plate search is free- it is NOT. It's $1 or $5. Very little cost but hardly the point. If they cant be truthful about this, I can not trust them to be honest about their service. Disappointed.

Kind and courteous customer service
Dexter was very helpful and kind and investigated charges from his company that were resulting from my compromised debit card. He was able to reimburse me for the charges made and assured me that no further charges would be generated. Obviously, I had to have my card number replaced through my bank, but I much appreciated his help in determining that the charges were fraudulent.
