Don't make any purchases from them! We placed an order, which arrived defective from the factory. We sent all the tests (screenshots) saying where the error was and they excused themselves that to solve it we had to send the equipment and bear the shipping costs, even so, we sent the equipment to their facilities and the equipment was there for months at customs because no one in charge of this company bothered to pick it up. We insisted by email, we called by phone to do something, after having paid for the shipping (which was very high). There was a time that they stopped responding to our emails, and in the end the product was returned to us, without having gone through them, since customs returned it. It was in customs for more than 5 months. The service they provide is disgraceful. Don't buy anything.

This company will scam you. They claim the miners come with a warranty but it is not possible to make a claim. They will send you faulty miners and won’t respond for weeks. Then claim you missed the 30 day window for it to arrive back at their factory. The warranty begins the day you order, not the day you receive it. So if it takes 2 weeks to receive you order half your warranty is gone. Then you immediately email them with a claim and it takes them 2 weeks so reply and you are out of luck.

It is a good company that produces good miners for mining cryptocurrencies
I already have innosilicon miners and they work without problems

First it says 500MHZ well maybe 380 Mhz. 2nd if it stops working No support at all NONE I have 2 machines down and cant find anyone to repair. Innosilicon is silent. 20k for aluminum box Run from this company dont walk.

Some friends and I have ordered a Mining rig from Innosilicon and after waiting for 15 days after payment confirmation we have received no further notifications of shipment as we were told would happen. I have sent e-mails and get no reply from them regarding the delivery schedule.

These reviews on here are clearly fake. This company ripped my company off for $7,000 on faulty miners that they refuse to refund us or replace us. Support is bad and stops replying. Do not do business with these people.

Great Powerfull factory specially with their A10 Master 5gb, the strongest and most profitable Ethahash (ethereum asicminer) reaching easelly 600 MH/S with only 750 Watts....Cheap electricity cost!!!I purchased 2 A 10 Master delivery very fast 2-3 days after full payment and I'm sure they will finally build their Grin Miner, let's wait a few more months and you'll see they will be availaible I'm totally sure!!!Innosilicon are professional miner builder...!!THX

Im Juni 2019 habe ich Grin-miner bestellt. Nach vielen Verschiebungen hat Innosilicon offiziell alle Bestellungen am 17.01.2020 abgebrochen und angekündigt innerhalb von einem Monat den Kunden ihr Geld zu erstatten. Heute, am 01.03.2020 noch immer keine Rückerstatung und man wird per Mail nur aufgefordert weiter zu warten, bzw neulich antworten sie gar nicht mehr. Millionenbeträge werden auf diesem Weg abgezockt. Ihre genaue Firmenadresse geben sie auch nicht an, ob in Hong Kong, Wuhan, oder sonst wo, einmal steht es so, ein anderes Mal anders, aber immer eine unvollständige Angabe. Wer sich im Internet schlau macht wird auch viele Betrugsfälle aus der Vergangenheit bezüglich diesem Unternehmen finden. Darüber hinaus geben sie auf ihre Facebookseite Betrugsangebote in der Art "Weil wir jetzt mit Microsoft zusammenarbeiten schenken wir 200BTC her, sende uns einfach 0.5-1BTC und wir senden dir 200BTC zurück". Finger weg, wenn ihr Innosilicon Geld sendet bekommt ihr entweder Nichts zurück, oder nach sehr langem warten, viel Ärger, evtl, Gerichtsverfahren oder schlimmeres einen Teil/ beschädigte/ benutzte Ware, oder mit viel Glück euer Geld zurück. Das ist mein Eindruck nach allem was ich selbst sehe und über Innosilicon gelesen habe.
