Called to ask for an assessment of damage due water leakage in my house. Gary took my call. He was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate in helping me. He asked very pertinent questions to get a clear understanding of my problem, provided unbiased and very helpful assessment of my situation and patiently answered all my questions and provided very clear recommendations. This is a business I would trust 100%, because Gary had my best interest in mind and clearly recommended that their services were not necessary for my situation and that it would be an unnecessary expense to me. Phoned Salmon Assessors ahead of a Loss Adjusters visit for a domestic Building Insurance claim. They were quick to answer and gave helpful and comprehensive advice about how to progress our claim and prepare for the visit.

I needed advice on a mains pipe burst which caused largescale damage around my property. I was put forward by a friend and I must say the honest advice was perfect for my situation. Salmon were very open about what I needed and actually advised in my situation only there advice was needed and this really helped me with my claim and they also said to call anytime if I needed an update on advice. I can't speak highly enough about their service and assistance.

Dealing with Jeff was an absolute pleasure. Very funny guy, and knows his subject inside out. I called for initial advice, which he generously gave and will save me lots of time dealing with the insurance company. Would thoroughly recommend.

I spoke with Jeff Salmon regarding my claim. Although it was too late to take on the case on a commission basis, Jeff generously offered his time and expertise without charge. He provided clear, honest advice on how to settle my claim and even offered to speak to the loss adjuster on my behalf.
