I had a very helpful telephone conversations with Jeff Salmon this afternoon where he was kind enough to offer his expert advice and help free of charge for a difficult insurance claim I am experiencing. John and Jeff have been invaluable over the last 5 years in helping us settle a Covid insurance claim. The insurance company QBE refused the claim initially but with the help of John and Jeff over the course of time they have settled all of our claims. In the process they had to tirelessly escalate matters and at every turn QBE were difficult but they persisted for the right outcome and won! Brilliant Service. It was a privilege to speak with Jeff Salmon this afternoon. He took time, even though it was very clear that he was having a busy morning with meetings, to be considerate, very patient to listen, understanding an ongoing and stressful water damage issue that we have been trying to resolve for over a year now.
