Incredible customer service – went above and beyond when they didn’t have to!
I recently purchased the MX400 dual monitor arm for my two 32" curved monitors. Unfortunately, the geometry didn't quite work for my specific setup, and I realized this after the 30-day Amazon return window had already expired. I was stuck with a product I couldn't use.
I reached out to Invision support and was blown away by the help I received from Victoria. She took the time to explain the technical constraints regarding the "leveraged weight" of deep curved screens and suggested that two single MX450 arms would be a better solution.
Even though they were not obligated to help since the Amazon return period was over, Victoria arranged a full refund for the original unit and even provided a courtesy refund on one of the new units. It is extremely rare to find this level of goodwill and excellent service these days. I am now a loyal customer for life!

Fantastic customer service.
I used the chat service to order a bracket for my TV. Anne who I conversed with was very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and even said if I sent her the model number she would make sure it was the right one. This I did and then subsequently ordered it. It arrived at my door a little over 18 hours later. Wonderful service. I can't wait for it to be fitted now.

Great products and superb customer service
Second time I have purchased from Invision as the quality of the mobile tv stand we purchased was excellent for the price so we bought another. Invision's customer service was superb when we encountered an issue, friendly and responsive - I felt like I was being treated as an individual rather than given a template response. Great company with great staff, I'll be a returning customer in future I'm sure.

Worth it!
I have two monitors mounted to my wall, they are perfect, they can swivel in a massive angle, hides my cables easily, simple install and easy cleaning of dust! Definitely reccomend these.
Had them mounted for years and they're still going strong

Ann from customer services did a sterling job helping me fix my new TV to and existing Invision wall mount.
Two points.
First.
The Invision wall mount has supported my old 55" TV for several years without any issues whatsoever.
Second Point.
Customer service is exemplary, there lines of communication are excellent. Emails are answered promptly.
I Would reccomend their products and service without hesitation.
