Victoria helped me out get an MX200 after purchasing on Amazon the MX400 with a defective tilting mechanism on one of the arms. Amazon customer support only offered a full refund and did not guarantee me not getting a defective item if I reorder. Invision customer service really went above and beyond and pulled through for me with a full MX200. Thank you for all your support and patience.

Good product, but EXCELLENT customer service!
I received an Invision product as a Christmas Gift and although it was perfect, I had a problem specific to my desk rather than the product. Upon reaching out, they did everything in their power to help and truly went above and beyond. The best customer service I've probably ever received and a great product as well. Would highly recommend this company and will do so to friends and family.

Brilliant product
Brilliant product. Finally installed the Invision cantilever wall bracket.
From opening the box you could see it was a quality engineered product, and a lot of thought went into the design, production and finish. (the spirit level included was a nice touch, as well as all the bolts/spacers you would need for different TV's) The instructions were easy to follow ( A sheet showing larger diagrams would have helped). Delivery was spot on as well. Would highly recommend

Quality built components with THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced!!!
I had an issue due to moving my office desk and needed to change my dual monitor stand, to 2 separate stands to help align the desktops better.
I enquired about purchasing just the stand plates as I already owned the arms and clamps.
I reached out to the customer care team on the off chance they might be able to help resolve this. As I could not see it on Invisions website.
They were more than just helpful as they communicated very well.
And not only responded quicker than I could reply.
But helped rush the two separate stands out to me just as promptly.
This is hands down the best customer service I've experienced from any company.
And am extremely pleased with the way my new set up looks.

Very customer oriented
After contacting Invision regarding a dual monitorarm that was purchased on Amazon, I was immediately supported and received many different solutions for my issue. The person who kindly supported me, organised an extra equipment for me to extend my desk setup. This made a replacement obsolete, win-win.

Needed help with an issue I had so spoke to the person on the phone who was extremely helpful and they asked me to email over the issue which I did.
They responded very quickly and gave a very succinct answer and that’s when I discovered it was me not reading the instructions clearly enough but excellent customer service.

Extremely helpful company.
The Invision stand I chose was for a larger tv than the one I wanted it for as it had to be stable enough to move over thick carpet. The brackets supplied were too large and stuck out behind the tv which looked odd.
The company went to so much trouble to choose and send brackets compatible with my tv.
The stand is excellent quality and has been a lifesaver for me on two occasions when the tv had to be moved out of the way quickly. I could roll it away easily whereas it is far too heavy for me to lift.

Best Customer service Ever.
Best Customer service I've experienced in years. I had a small problem with a monitor am and they went over & above to sort it including a video from their product development folks to show me what to do.
If I need more monitor arms this is who I'll get them from.

Fixing screws for a different TV supplied when contacted to fix larger TV to bracket.
Bought a TV bracket a few years ago from Invision and want to adapt it to a different sized TV. Contacted them to offer to purchase the required screws and bolts. They quickly responded saying they were putting a ‘fixing set’ in the post that arrived within a few days.How refreshing it is to receive excellent customer service just by contacting them via their website.
TV bracket is sturdy too and so recommend their products.
