I contacted Invision with a question about the monitor arm I purchased, within a day I got a very nice reply back from Victoria explaining everything I wanted to know about the arm, and with an attached online manual. It turns out the lower part of my monitor arm was potentially defective, and they more than happily insisted on replacing it even when I suggested it may have been user error and I was okay with trying to fix it myself. I honestly have seldom had a better customer support experience anywhere. If in any situation ever I or someone I know needs a monitor arm, I'll be coming back to Invision.

Use Invision hdtv-dxl heavy duty tv bracket for more than a year. It hold my 65” tv with long sound bar hanging under tv. The bracket is rock sturdy and reliable. Just moving home, definitely will keep use this in new place. BTW, their customer service are super user friendly and very responsive.

The quality of the product, the range of kit included in the box and the clarity of the instructions made this an excellent purchase. They've thought of everything. The magnetic spirit level included in the box now has a place in my toolbox.

Fantastic Product (PC monitor stand dual). I have had many stands over the years but this one is solid, high quality, easy to assemble and sits perfectly. I would highly recommend these products compared to common cheaper alternatives. There is simply no comparison.

I contacted Invision Technology to ask about spares for a part of their TV wall mount that my son had mislaid. They informed me that they didn't have a spares dept. as such but if i let them know what i needed, they'd send it out to me.
I received the mounting plate and fixings alomost return of post, this was over and above what i expected.
I've bought 5 of their mounts for myself and members of the family and wouldn't use any other type as the cost/quality is excellent.

I needed help with an older Invision bracket after purchasing a new model.
The response to my questions and the helpful advice was immediate and I was even offered a fitting kit in order that I was then able the reuse the older unit.
Service like this, sad to say, is all too rare these days.

When I had an issue, of my own making, with my new monitor arm Invision's support went above and beyond. Immediately they dispatched a replacement part I needed, free of charge. I couldn't be more impressed. Excellent company to deal with.

When you buy a new item it should be new, they sent me opened and somehow used one but the package was complete. To me, it's still usable and I didn't mind to keep the item but they offered me only "free return". Thanks you! I save my time and environment but it's not cool to pay full price for " second chance" item!

Update: I really can't remember this case anymore, but I remember I was looking for a middle ground solution. However, I got rally arrogant answer from your customer support and finally decided to follow up this with Amazon itself!

Mounting the VESA kit on my Sony TV (KDL 32W705B, 2015) was not staightforward. Although Sony said it was VESA compatible it did not have conventional spacing and I needed to get additional bits.
I got some very good advice from Invision customer support and the TV is now on the wall.
