A truely awesome company
Invision does not only sell high quality and nicely designed products, they are also a really awesome company to deal with! I sadly lost a clamp for a monitor arm, therefore I emailed the costumer service and asked if they had any spare parts available. They answered that they actually didn't sell spare parts separately, like the clamp that I needed, but they'd check the warehouse to see if they had one laying around. To my luck, they had one and they were so nice, to send it to me free of charge! Now, that is the kind of costumer service that connects a consumers soul to a company. I'd be really happy and even prioritze to buy from invision again, after this situation. We'll done invision!!

Worked for me
Bought an adaptor to mount a 200x300 VESA TV on a 200x200 mount. I only needed two of the metal struts that were provided and there were enough screws. The kit was supposed to allow larger TV mounts to be used on a 200x200 mount, but I think more and/or longer screws might have been needed. The kit worked for me with some wastage but might not have worked for all situations for which it was advertised.

The fixing kit supplied with all our brackets includes various bolts, washers and spacers to help with mounting the majority of TVs on the market, including curved models. However, some newer TV's may need different lengths of bolts than the ones supplied and if the length cannot be achieved with the parts supplied, as part of our compatibility promise, we are always happy to send alternate sizes upon request. Amazing Product, very well built
I had a query, which I emailed in and really didn't imagine I would get a response to. However, it was answered with great detail the next day!
I received the product a couple of days after purchasing it despite I was expecting it 4-5 days which was the free delivery option. So I received the product sooner and without a delivery charge!
The product itself is fantastically engineered. It is robust and aesthetically really pleasing. It was fairly simple to put together but I did review the instructions many times as a first timer. Smooth movement, moveable in all directions, Amasing! I love it!!
Two downsides. The lower arm cable holders are made from thermosetting plastic so not very flexible thus making the insertion of the cables really difficult. If InvisionTechnology can address this, it would be great. It's a fantastic product, would definitely purchase their other products if needed.
Secondly, the instructions refer to USB cables. They don't really detail what this means. It left me scratching my head as to how I fit my USB cables in. What the instructions should say is that specialist USB cables are required, not your everyday cables. This I leaned from YouTube.

Easy way to order a wall TV bracket.
Initially I was unsure of what I needed because of the layout and distance measurements of the mounting holes on the rear of TV. I went onto their website there's an option to select your TV, which I did. This automatically took me to a page of a multitude of brackets. I selected one, it confirmed that it fitted my TV, I paid for it at 15:15 it arrived the following day at around midday. Faultless from start to finish. I just hope the TV gets mounted as easily as getting the bracket was.

Les boulons ou les vis ont tendance à casser uniquement s'ils sont de mauvaise taille ou si le couple de serrage est trop élevé, et cela ne dépend pas de leur qualité. Afin que je puisse vous aider et vous guider, pourriez-vous décrire ce qui s'est passé à ce moment-là, ainsi que la marque et le modèle de la tablette ?
Il existe également différentes techniques de démontage de boulons ou kits d'extraction, et il est souvent préférable de faire appel à une personne expérimentée pour éviter de risquer davantage de dommages. Nous espérons que le remboursement intégral que nous vous avons accordé contribuera à couvrir les frais.
Bien que les erreurs d'installation soient totalement indépendantes de notre volonté, nous sommes très compréhensifs face à cette situation frustrante et ferons toujours de notre mieux pour vous guider et vous aider.
Mon objectif est toujours que vous soyez entièrement satisfait de votre achat. Si vous pensez pouvoir faire quoi que ce soit d'autre pour garantir ce résultat, n'hésitez pas à me le demander.

I recently ordered Invisions MX450 monitor arm for my Alienware 32" Gaming Monitor.
I read on social media that the Vesa mounting on this monitor may need an adaptor to get the mounting to fit correctly (all Vesa mounts).
I emailed Invision who promptly suggested a solution and then dispatched me the screws & spacers the same day via Royal Mail.
Not only is the product more than fit for purpose, their customer service and support is exemplary
