Amazing customer service, if only other companies were as good, as understanding and as eager to help!

Even though I did not buy it direct from Invision when I had a proplem with part of the arm I emailed them toask advice and a lady called Victoria answered my email asked for more information got a replacement sent and it was sorted out in good time.

Unbelievable customer support. Nothing was too much effort. I was looked after from when I purchased the wall mount and even after the wall mount was installed. The Invision wall mount is exceptionally well made and I am more than pleased with my purchase. I can highly recommend Invision Technology’s AV mounting products

We have 3 Invision monitors arms. Good monitors arms. The gas-lift in one went last week. Invision replaced it under warranty, no hassles. Very happy.

Quality product. Quick delivery

J'ai acheté le MX450 la semaine dernière pour mon écran PC, le C32HG70. Celui-ci pèse environ 9,5 kilos et fait 32", soit bien en dessous des recommandations de la marque pour ce modèle (49" et 15 kilos).

Pendant quelques jours, rien de spécial à signaler si ce n'est que j'ai immédiatement trouvé que la taille de la base fixative était très limitée par rapport à d'autres modèles de support d'écran de cette taille, tel que l'Ergotron LX par exemple, que je possède également.

Hier soir, l'écran est tout simplement tombé de mon bureau (heureusement très solide) et s'est écrasé au sol, le rendant bien évidemment complètement inutilisable.

J'ai pu constater après coup que la longue vis de la base de fixation (qui était très solidement vissée à mon bureau) était devenue complètement tordue par le poids de l'écran, desserrant petit à petit la base de fixation du bureau car elle n'était plus droite, pour au final complètement lâcher et glisser, emportant mon moniteur avec lui.

Je suis sûr que ce support est parfaitement adéquat pour supporter un tel écran posé au centre de son point de fixation, mais ce n'était pas mon cas, le point de fixation était excentré par rapport à l'écran, ce qui a dû causer une force trop importante pour cette vis qui a fini par lâcher. Mon Ergotron LX a tenu cette même position d'écran pendant plus d'un an, il n'a fallu que 6 jours pour le MX450 pour briser mon écran.

Fast delivery, slight issue when product arrived, but sorted very quickly with a very satisfactory outcome. Would highly recommend.

I got the MX400 last year and am very satisfied with the product. When I lost one of the clamp's rubber disk, their customer service was very responsive and helpful and immediately send me a replacement.

I can’t find anything negative to say about the product. I’ve just mounted a couple of 27” monitors and without any adjustment whatsoever they’re easy to manoeuvre into precisely the right position. The mount fits rigidly to the desktop and the whole thing feels robust and well made. Cable management is also very straightforward. It’s made a huge difference to my desktop and given me back a great deal of usable space. And for the price? Excellent value.

The team was very patient and put a lot of effort into helping me solve my problem. The unit I had ordered was not working correctly and had to be replaced. After explaining the problem and replying to some questions that came up for clarification, I received a replacement unit.

Bought a monitor arm, it has a small issue, but customer service handled it very well in no time. I recommend.

Got a new TV and the old bracket didn't fit well. Emailed them, they checked some details, and a few days later a new bracket arrived free of charge. No quibbles. Top class customer service. Also, the brackets themselves are well designed, sturdy and feel super secure.
