Having lost certain parts to a product that I purchased a couple of years ago, the customer service team managed to source these from the warehouse (they are not sold separately) and sent them into me. Top rate customer service!

Im now updating the problem and reveiw. It clearly wasnt the companies fault but Amazon sending out damaged customer returns. After speaking to Invision Tech I was told that a fresh part would be sent out asap.

Bought the Invision HDTV-DXL Swivel TV Wall Bracket - 37-75" TVs for our Sony Bravia 55" telly. Easy instructions, well laid out, well made bracket, all the bits supplied in labelled packets, took me less than an hour to install.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Invision Technology. I emailed them before I ordered with the specific model of the TV I was going to buy, to check that the bracket I had identified from their website was suitable.
They responded promptly, confirming that it was and sending an extra photo of how the bracket should look on the reverse of the TV so it was fitting properly.
I did contact them again for further help, and each time they responded promptly and thoroughly. I hope the product is as good as their service, it is due to be installed soon in a new kitchen.

The bracket I received from Invision for my TV was fabulous. The customer service is second to none, they offered any support that I might need, however the bracket was so straight forward to put up, no support was needed. Thank you, I would absolutely recommend the product, company and staff. 😊

Over the past few years, I've made multiple purchases, and although the products have consistently met my needs and performed exceptionally well, it's the exceptional customer service that truly sets them apart. During a recent house move, I misplaced one of the arms for my MX450 monitor stand. I contacted customer service to inquire about purchasing a replacement arm, and they immediately went above and beyond my expectations.
Without hesitation, they offered to send me a new arm free of charge. Their prompt response, willingness to assist, and generous offer greatly impressed me.
The new arm arrived quickly. I am incredibly grateful for the company's outstanding customer service.

I asked for advise to mount a monitor arm. Not only did Invision (the vendor) get back to me quickly, but provided a ton of options how to improve the way I had mounted the arm. Totally solved my problem.

Great TV bracket product at decent price. I've bought a few invision brackets now for myself and family. What makes me return has been the great customer support, UK based, was able to get someone on the phone to help advise how to adjust bracket for my TV. Another time I'd lost a part (my fault not invisions) and they shipped one out complementary. Great company.

This is the 2nd bracket (HDTV-L) i've had from you. They are very sturdy & well made. With the 2nd one though I have an issue, not major, but, the spanner included doesn't fit the bolts that attach the bracket to the wall.
