ISOtunes by Haven Technologies Reviews

the costumer service was awesome, I put in a warranty claim, and had a replacement in my hands in 3 days! I don't know how it could be done better. My concern is that I see a lot of people in our shop with the same problem,(one ear looses sound) and have concerns with the durability of the product( specifically the wire that runs between the 2 ears) This ear protection was mandated by our company, and only time will tell if they will hold up. I do hope so because when they are working they seem to work well.

I would have liked it if someone would have answered my call instead of getting a voicemail when i called during business hours.

LIGHTNING Fast Shipping! Amazing Product, Customer Service, and Quality! I was Able to Mow and Listen to Music and/or my SiriusXM App on the Job with Ease. I *do* Wish the Media Volume were a Bit Higher, but for Balancing with the Ambient Sounds, it's Fine!

It was ok, i don't like the repetitive up selling personally.

Appreciate the help on getting these warrantied

Great customer service. Personable and always willing to help.

Length of cord overall is too short for a big man.
Needs to be about a foot longer . It is aggravating.
Virtually no instructions with the product.
Waste of money.

first and foremost the customer serrvice goes above and beyond! Both Taylor and Austin are first rate!
Secondly - the product - innovation, technology, style options! AND THE AWARE - forget about!

ISOtunes is a company that actually cares about their customers and also cares about shooting sports. They are open to feedback and are constantly looking for ways to improve their product, which I’ve been using for years. Emilie in specific has been great and easy to work with. Great experiences all around!

Attentiveness to my situation with their product and commitment to providing a reasonable resolution despite being outside of the warranty period. It’s rare to find a company that has the footnote of “Because nice matters” on all their correspondence! :)

Great product. I've been using it for years, and its features, functionality, and ergonomics are second to none.

ISOtunes on pelastanut minun ostopullani. ISOtunes on pelastanut minun ostopullani. I've been using ISOtunes for over 8 years now and worked with the team there from the beginning. They have always been excellent at taking feedback on the product, fixing any issues that arise and even making changes based on some recommendations. Emilie on the marketing team has also been a great partner over the years and a pleasure to work with. We've done a lot of marketing work together and they are one of my most trusted partners.

Although my time working with ISOtunes as a designer has come to an end, I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and the opportunity to work alongside such a great team.

Working with ISOtunes was such a great experience, largely because of the people. The team is fun to work with, supportive, collaborative, and made the day-to-day projects that much more enjoyable. I really appreciated the relationships I built and the trust they placed in me as a creative.

One of the things I valued most was the opportunity to work on a wide variety of creative projects that challenged me and helped me grow as a designer. ISOtunes gave me the freedom and opportunities to explore new ideas, take on different types of projects, and continue developing my creative skills. I’m grateful that they trusted me with those opportunities and allowed me to grow throughout my time with the brand.

What makes the experience even more meaningful is that I still use ISOtunes products myself. I truly believe in their mission and love the products they create, so it’s been rewarding to contribute to a brand that I personally believe in and stand behind.

I’m thankful for the experiences, relationships, and creative opportunities I had during my time with ISOtunes. While my professional chapter with the company has come to an end, I’ll continue to be a supporter of the brand and its products!

Love my ISOtunes! Great hearing protection, but even better customer service. We have been using ISOtunes for years, and if there is anytime we have a question or need anything, Emilie gets right back to us! It's nice to work with a company that cares about people's experiences!

Great company to deal with, Customer Service amongst the best, react quickly to requests and ship fast; usually the order is out the same day if called in early. Love the over-the-ear Pro Aware series.

I've worked with ISOtunes for nearly 2 years and have loved every second of it. In advertising, a dream client must have one of two things: an amazing product or an amazing team behind the product. You almost never get the opportunity to work with a company that does both. ISOtunes is one of those brands.

Not only do you feel excited about helping to share their incredible products with people who can be served by them, but you get to do so while working with a team of genuinely fine people.

I have worked for ISOtunes as both an employee and a contractor, and have been a customer for years. I have used their hearing protectors and recommended them to family and friends. ISOtunes is a family owned company out of Indiana that truly embodies midwest values. They value quality products and customer service above all else. They are passionate about enabling professionals and hobbyists to enjoy their work, while eliminating preventable hearing loss. Last, I can personally attest to the fact that they treat their employees and contractors like family. I can’t say enough positive things about ISOtunes as a brand and the people who work there.
