Truly refreshing. It was so nice to interact with people that actually care about their products and what they do. Hard to find a companies these days that pride themselves in doing it right AND making it right.

First, my earbuds stopped working sent me a new one right away then I couldn’t pair them correctly and they set up a phone call at a time that was best for me, within five minutes we had everything worked out and my earbuds were working

Ordered a set of replacement tips that stated will fit my ear buds. And they do, they just don’t fit in the charging case. They are to long. I now have to order some short versions, that are extemely hard to find. I hope the next set is correct.

I have been using Isotunes headphones for years. They are great for woodworking, I bought my first pair at Woodcraft. I have had to replace a few pairs when one side quits working. That’s why I need a new pair now. The battery life is still great but the right ear died. I think it’s a wire connection because it would work if I moved it around then stop working the next time I moved for a bit before it stopped working at all. It would be nice if the connections were stronger. I got a few years out of them though so they got a lot of use.

I ordered some new and different size ear inserts and I'm hopeful that they will fit nicely. Thank you for the many sizing options. Looking forward to trying them out.

I had trouble connecting my replacement left ear bud. I email support with my issue. The next morning I received a call from Pat and she worked with me until my issue was resolved. She also sent me a write-up on how the process worked so the next time I have the same problem I can fix it my self. Thanks Pat D.

I am very impressed with the service. One of my ISOtunes Pro 3.0 all of a sudden stopped working in my right ear. I called and left a message on 7/1. Before I could go online (thinking that I would not hear back before the holiday) my phone range. Today it is 7/6 and my replacement Pro 3.0 arrived in the mail. I actually have 2 of them because I have tinnitus and have found wearing them day or night helps to cut the ringing in my ears. I csn listen to a podcast or a movie and they don't cause louder ringing.
