I have had my silverware since March and it has been great and the quality is outstanding. Whenever I have a guest over they comment on my flatware. The products are amazing in quality and never feel cheap. I highly recommend

I recently purchased the Ava flatware set in champagne gold mirror- I am absolutely blown away by the quality and look of them. They are so beautiful and nicely weighted, you can feel the quality in these right off the bat. They come packaged in their own sleeves so they don’t get scratched up in shipping or moving. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to ordering more from their line. With it being nontoxic and dishwasher safe, you can’t go wrong with these products!

I rarely leave reviews like this, but after spending nearly $500 with JazzUpCo, I want other consumers to know about my experience before making the same investment.

I purchased two dinnerware/flatware bundles delivered in February 2025. The order was $598 before a discount, and I ultimately paid $478.40. At that price, I expected premium quality, durability, and products suitable for normal everyday use, particularly since they were marketed as dishwasher safe.

Unfortunately, I began contacting JazzUpCo about quality problems in May 2025, only about two months after we started using the set. I provided photos and detailed information about how everything was being used, washed, and stored.

By September, the problems had progressively worsened. I estimated that roughly 70 to 80% of our frequently used plates, bowls, and utensils were affected by some type of issue.

The rose-gold flatware developed discoloration/spots despite being washed in our ASKO dishwasher on a delicate/eco cycle. JazzUpCo's proposed solution included treating the flatware with baking soda or vinegar. I did not spend this kind of money on dishwasher-safe everyday flatware expecting to regularly give my forks and spoons special treatments to keep them looking presentable.

The matte dinnerware has been disappointing as well. It develops scratches and marks extremely easily from ordinary utensils during normal use. JazzUpCo acknowledged to me that their matte ceramics are susceptible to these marks and suggested rubbing them off by hand or using a scrubber and scouring compound.

Now we're experiencing yet another problem: the matte dinnerware retains a strong fish odor even after being thoroughly washed multiple times. Glassware, wine glasses, other glazed ceramic dishes, and stainless-steel items washed alongside them do not retain the odor. It is specifically these matte JazzUpCo dishes.

What makes this especially frustrating is that these weren't products that performed well for years and eventually wore out. I documented significant quality concerns directly with JazzUpCo when the products were only months old and still under warranty.

I understand that certain finishes can require somewhat different care, but there is a huge difference between reasonable care and having to routinely scour dinnerware, treat flatware with baking soda or vinegar, and now attempt to deodorize dishes simply to keep expensive everyday tableware functional.

I bought JazzUpCo because I loved the appearance and believed the premium price reflected a premium, durable product. Instead, I feel misled by the marketing and price compared with the real-world durability and maintenance these products have required.

After my experience with both their dinnerware and flatware, I would not purchase from JazzUpCo again.

I genuinely wish I had been able to read a review like this before spending nearly $500, which is exactly why I'm writing one now.

I have absolutely loved my flatware that I went back and bought steak knives to match! They are so durable and just look so sleek! The complete my new kitchen and go with my esthetic vibes! My kids love grabbing the new “golden” spoons too! They came packaged so nicely and each piece had its own compartment so they couldn’t hit each other during shipping. Highly recommend Jazzupco!!

I replaced my entire daily flatware set with the Ava set. I had a matte black set from another retailer and was very concerned about the fact that the coating was coming off…what was my family ingesting?? It meant everything that Jazzupco stated up front that their coating was non toxic and processed to keep the coating in place. I went with the champagne finish and I love it! We have tween and teen boys who are rough on flatware, and so far this set has been great! I’ve already ordered the serving pieces. The ladle and slotted spoons are so pretty! I use them with serving dishes from Mackenzie Childs and the classy whimsy is off the charts! I also love the weight and balance of the pieces. I have a feeling I’m going to be a Jazzupco addict…I haven’t delved into the dishes or wine glasses yet, but it’s only a matter of time.

I cannot believe how amazing and high-quality my new silverware is! So happy I didn’t just throw money away on another cheap set that doesn’t last. The handle seems sturdy and I love how they can be just put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning! If in doubt, give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
