I recently ordered an 8 person set of dinnerware. The set has a good weight to them and feel very nice. Im excite to try more of their products.

As an interior designer, I generally like to focus on the positive aspects of every experience. However, I also believe it’s important to warn others when a product simply isn’t worth the investment.

I purchased this silverware set for my new kitchen because I wanted to replace my old silver flatware with a gold finish. The brand clearly advertises on its website and social media that these utensils are dishwasher-safe and that the color will not fade or change over time.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. After less than a year of normal use, every single piece has become stained, and the original gold finish has significantly faded.

I hope this review helps others make a more informed purchasing decision.

The quality of the products are bad. The wine glass is slanted, the knife received with stains despite wash.

Upon reaching to the team, agreed to resend faulty items but status is delivered however not replacement items are not received.

Utterly disappointed especially for the price paid.

I purchased JazzUpCo's gold flatware because it was marketed as durable, long-lasting, and backed by a one-year warranty. Less than a year later, the gold finish is already fading.

What makes this even more disappointing is that the flatware wasn't even in constant use. For four months, it was carefully stored in the provided cloth bags while I was out of my house, yet the finish still deteriorated.

When I reached out to customer service, I corresponded with Alex. Instead of just honoring the warranty, I was repeatedly given "care tips," sent photos and reviews from "happy" customers, and even encouraged to purchase two silver set options because "it'll be easier to maintain." I was also told that the gold flatware should be reserved for special occasions.

If that's truly how the product is intended to be used, then it should not be marketed as long-lasting or backed by a one-year warranty that implies normal use. Consumers shouldn't have to treat an everyday flatware set like a fragile display piece just to prevent the finish from wearing off.

The product didn't live up to the claims, and the customer service experience felt more focused on deflecting responsibility and making another sale than standing behind the product. I would not purchase from JazzUpCo again.

I've been really impressed with the AVA Flatware in Matte Rose Gold from JazzUpCo. The finish is beautiful, subtle, and has a premium look without being over the top. Even better, the quality matches the appearance. Each piece has a great weight, feels solid in your hand, and is incredibly well made.

We have purchased many flatware sets over the past 6 months and quite happy with the quality so far. We have started purchasing sets to gift our family friends so they can experience as well. While pricey in comparison with 18/10 steel from Amazon products the design and matte finish is premium feeling. The customer service is top notch - friendly and responsive

Great quality and outstanding customer service! I spent hours scouring the internet for modern, black, 18/10 stainless steel flatware with a titanium coating at a reasonable price, and I finally found it. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I bought the Ava champagne set in Dec. ‘25. I washed them in the dishwasher, which they advertise as safe to do and less than 8 months later, many pieces started to change color, losing their gold. Customer service was responsive and replaced my gold set with a silver set at no charge. I really like the new silver set. They feel high quality and hopefully won’t tarnish.

Love my new cutlery set! So beautiful, elegant and different! Can't wait to show it off at my next dinner party. Now I need the matching serving set :-). Love the quality and customer service too. Highly recommend!!

The JazzUpco team is great! I have had the Matte Black utensils for a while now & regularly wash in dishwasher. There has been no tarnishing, scratching or fading! They look sleek & high end, love these so much!

I've had screenshots of JazzUpCo dinner sets in my phone for a couple years now. When I purchased my home a couple years ago, purchasing dinner sets was not a priority when I needed other items. But I always kept JazzUpCo in mind. I tried looking for other dinner sets when I would go out shopping, but nothing else measured up. Finally, I got tired of using paper plates and thought "It's time!" I ordered the 4-piece dinner set and anxiously anticipated their arrival. Once delivered, the handle on one of the mugs was broken. I contacted JazzUpCo immediately to report the broken mug. They simply asked for pictures of the broken mug and confirmed my address. Once I provided them with that information, the next day, they sent me a tracking number to track my replacement mug. This morning, I received 4 new mugs to replace the one that was broken. I measure how great a company is by how customer service handle problematic situations, and JazzUpCo passed with flying colors. Not once did I feel dismissed or disregarded. They were super responsive throughout the process. I couldn't ask for better customer service, seriously! This company has my business for life! Customer service was top notch!

We LOVE our flatware from JazzUpCo! We had previously ordered a set from another website and it wasn’t long before they were chipping and showing wear. We saw this set and absolutely loved it and 10 months later they still look brand new. They are a great weight when you hold them in your hand and do not show any signs of wear! We are so happy with our purchase.

Great quality with superb customer support. 10 months after purchase I had a plate crack and reached out for help in replacing the item. Simply hoping to buy 1 plate. They sent me the replacement free of charge! Not to mention, when I made my original purchase of the entire set from plates, flatware, cups and mugs, one item was mishandled by the shipper and crushed. They sent out a replacement for that item, so questions asked. Very nice, very professional. Amazing products that are a showpiece in my tiny house!

I am a repeat client as our first set of flatware was amazing. We get compliments almost every time we have guests over. We wanted to add on to our current set by adding more pieces so we placed a 2nd order. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong style and had to make a return. The customer service was AMAZING!
