Exceptional Service and Real Kindness
I am so grateful for the outstanding customer service team at Jim Lawrence. I’ll admit I was a difficult customer at first out of my own frustration, before I realised the oversight was entirely on my end, yet the team remained incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout. Their communication was efficient, clear, and thoroughly professional. Above all, they are genuinely kind people who care about their customers. I absolutely love the Orla Pendant Light! I purchased several bespoke curtain…
I purchased several bespoke curtain poles, but had an issue with one of them. Contacted the company who were incredibly helpful and arranged a replacement immediately. I spoke to Anna B who oversaw the replacement and kept me informed on timescales and delivery. Amazing customer service! The products this company provide are beautiful and well packaged but the real measure is when something goes wrong and how it’s dealt with. Top marks - I will definitely be using them again and my sincere thanks to Anna who was amazing.
