Excellent quality and service.
I bought two matching wall lamps. They arrived very quickly and extremely well packaged, and were of very high quality, nice and solid, as expected of Jim Lawrence. Unfortunately, one lamp had a loose bayonet. I emailed and received a response within the hour, detailing the replacement being sent out (it arrived 2 days later), and step by step instructions to return the faulty one, which was very simple. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Jim Lawrence again.

Packaging is poor
The products are amazing and would give 5stars but the packaging was very poor on the standard lamp, I think they had forgot to put the packaging around the top half of the lamp and the metal parts of the pineapple from the regency style had been moved and squashed. It took me ages to reconfigure them. The side of the big box had been ripped by them in transit. The matching table lamp was in a separate box and packaged well. The products are amazing but please double check your packaging before sending out. Thanks
