We Have been buying a lot of Jim Lawrence products in the past year, as our house is extended and remodeled. In particular, we have purchased door furniture, cupboard knobs and handles, curtain rails and fittings, electric switches and pendant fittings, and (earlier purchases) wall lights and table lamps.
We enjoy the feel of the solid brass products, and are delighted with the general appearance, style, and quality. Visitors often comment on the attractiveness and quality of these fittings; we always tell them about Jim Lawrence, and hope you have done some extra business as a result.
We have watched some of the manufacturing process on your website, and love the fact that these products are made in UK, by local craftsmen.
The ladies manning your phone line have, on several occasions, been extremely helpful when we have asked for an order to be rushed through (or altered).
And also, on the one occasion when an order suffered damage in transit, a return /replacement was arranged efficiently and quickly.

I have bought several light fittings from JL before so know what to expect. The Bella light is for my conservatory to replace an existing Laura Ashley fabric shade which barely lit the area. A lot of wall lights on the market are too small but the Bella light was just right and I am very pleased with both the quality and timeless style. My husband said it was easy to put up.

The dormer rod that I ordered is beautifully crafted and fits to perfection. The latter is thanks to there being telephone contact with employees who understand the need for working out accurate measurements. The phone was answered swiftly too. Advice was also given in terms of finish in relation to the conditions and aesthetics of the room. The product arrived slightly ahead of schedule (how often does that happen!?!). The delivery driver was not as focused on detail but it was at least left in a safe place.
This product is worth a slightly higher spend to get excellent quality and service.

I now have a beautiful strong handrail up the side of my stairs. But twice the product came damaged. It was immediately replaced, easily by contacting the excellent ladies in customer service. I will not hesitate to deal with Tim Lawrence again in the future.
