Fabulous quality curtain rail
Fabulous quality curtain rail, delivered next day. Third one of these I have installed. The first two have been up for a couple of years and show no signs of wear and still looking stunning.

Fabulous customer service and great quality
I’ve bought ceiling lights, wall lights and plug sockets from Jim Lawrence. The quality is fabulous, the service is great and the products arrive swiftly. What I really like is the company’s flexibility and the fact you can speak to a person on the phone rather than a digital chat with a bot. I needed to change some sockets that I’d incorrectly ordered and there was absolutely no issue in getting a refund or exchanging items. And I needed one extra plug socket which I ordered very late in the day and they got it on to the delivery van that night for me even though the van was about to leave, so it would be here in time for my electrician the next day. It’s that sort of personal service that sets them apart from many online stores and the quality is second to none.

We ordered a portière rod for a door…
We ordered a portière rod for a door curtain. It was simple in construction but stylish, and is proving to be strong and perfect for the job. We were anxious about the strength as we needed to hang a hefty, lined and interlined door curtain, but got a fast response online to our query. We were also slightly uneasy about measuring as these are made to spec, but all went well after following the website instructions and clear diagrams. There was a wait time, but that was made clear right from the start, and everything arrived within the time frame stated. It's looking good and working well and we'd certainly order again.

We are Jim Lawrence fans!
We Have been buying a lot of Jim Lawrence products in the past year, as our house is extended and remodeled. In particular, we have purchased door furniture, cupboard knobs and handles, curtain rails and fittings, electric switches and pendant fittings, and (earlier purchases) wall lights and table lamps.
We enjoy the feel of the solid brass products, and are delighted with the general appearance, style, and quality. Visitors often comment on the attractiveness and quality of these fittings; we always tell them about Jim Lawrence, and hope you have done some extra business as a result.
We have watched some of the manufacturing process on your website, and love the fact that these products are made in UK, by local craftsmen.
The ladies manning your phone line have, on several occasions, been extremely helpful when we have asked for an order to be rushed through (or altered).
And also, on the one occasion when an order suffered damage in transit, a return /replacement was arranged efficiently and quickly.
So, we are fans; may Jim Lawrence continue to prosper!
