This is the second time booking with Joe now in the last year. Always comes back with a better price then anywhere else with a hassle free booking experience. Would highly recommend Joe and the team to anyone.

Booked a few times now and always went above and beyond and have always saved money compared to the same holiday elsewhere.

I got intouch last week asking if they could price manage a holiday to Liberty fabay in Turkey. They came back straight away with a better offer for the same jet2 holiday and always answer questions you have via WhatsApp promptly. Actually booked the holiday via WhatsApp, how great is that.

Excellent holiday, no hiccups, great service and I always recommend to friends and family.

Just back from a great week's holiday in Mallorca, booked with Olivia. Started with a list of requirements and before I knew it Olivia sent a list of options all within my timescales, star rating and budget. Choose a resort we've not visited before, made the trip more interesting, the whole process was easy and checking us in was a nice bonus!! Joe is an excellent travel agent. I've been booking with him now for a couple of years and you couldn't get anyone better than Joe to get you good deals . He goes way and beyond to help you and makes sure your treated like a queen , from booking your holiday to adding all the extras you may have planned. Making sure he's covering everything that you need. Not only did he book me my holiday he booked us our flights from Belfast to Manchester there and back again . Plus booked us into a hotel near the airport for the night before we fly off to Dominican Republic. This will be our holiday of a life time . I'm counting down the days till we fly in 6 weeks time.
I can't thank Joe enough for everything he has done for us both. We really do appreciate him, I feel he's now part of my family he can't do enough for you. He treats everybody the same. I wonder does he even take a break himself, he works so hard. Joe and Oliva are a great team . 1st holiday booked last year to Tenerife, but we had to unfortunately cancel due to an accident, Joe helped us through the cancelling process efficiently & successfully, and with the chaos that had ensued we were so grateful to have that sorted out.
2nd holiday booked - we've just returned from Greece & had a fabulous week away.
Cheaper than we could find online, included pre-booked flight seats with us all together there & back.
I received a message a few weeks before the holiday & we'd been 'checked in' & Olivia sent us our boarding passes, which was a nice surprise & really helpful.
All we had to do was pack & turn up at baggage drop.
Will definitely book again with Joe, Olivia & now Becca (we also love Disney)

We used Joe for the first time to book a last minute family holiday and couldn’t be happier with the service.
The price was far better than any other operator; communication was very quick, friendly and always helpful - even messaging late at night to resolve an issue for us; information and travel documents were clear and emailed quickly. Wanted to book a last minute holiday with Jet2 and saw people recommending Joe so thought I’d give him a try. Emailed details of the holiday I was interested in and received a very prompt response from him with a couple of options better than booking direct with Jet2. I decided to go ahead with Joe and I’m very happy that I did so. The service was excellent and everything was straight forward. After booking I was checked-in and boarding passes were sent to me ready for our holiday later in September. I wish I had known about Joe sooner as I had already booked my 2026 holiday direct but I will definitely use him when I am ready to book for 2027. I have already recommended Joe to a friend and I would recommend anyone to contact him if you want a good deal and a great service

After a busy Month finally got round to posting this review. I booked a holiday October last year with Joe for my 50th birthday. Couldn't go on my actual birthday (9th August) due to husbands work commitments but everything was booked for the end of September with a few extra upgrades. The week heading upto the big 50 came and so did a knock at the door with a delivery. Joe had sent a bottle of fizz with a note saying enjoy your special day and holiday, dont get this personal touch booking direct. Thanks Joe made me feel special x always book with him the service is second to none he has even manged to get a great deal on our family holiday next year (7 adults 1 child) all with different requirements but not problem for Joe.
