Once again Joe & Olivia have been able to provide a great service in fixing my next holiday. This time it’s an annual pilgrimage to Spain (well, Tenerife) for six boys on a golfing trip. As we always take our clubs but we hire a vehicle at the airport, we have no need for transfers. Going direct means you have to contact the airline directly, but Joe and Olivia do this on your behalf - and save money in the process too!

Last minute changes to passenger details were no problem and were done without extra charges too. Brilliant!

I just booked my second holiday and I just wish I had used Joe and team years ago. The service really is outstanding and all documents were received so quickly. Joe was able to offer a better deal than the online price with Jet 2 (which included discounts) and the process was quick and simple. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe and I’ll certainly continue to support small businesses and recommend to friends and family.

I have used Joe a couple of times now to find me a great deal for overseas getaways and he always comes up trumps!

I'd already seen the holiday I wanted at what I thought was the best price after using a discount code, but thought I'd see if Joe could reduce the price any more...and he did! My husband and I recently returned from a 10 day trip to Marmaris which we booked with Joe. I came across Joe’s page on Facebook last year and messaged him to price a holiday for 2024, from the first message right up until we returned from holiday the service was first class, nothing was too much trouble and Joe was always available to answer any questions. Used Joe/Olivia’s services for the first time while going to Icmeler for a week (3rd of August). it was a last minute hol, and a ‘chance’ choice to use them (came across their site by accident while googling Jet2 deals online through a Facebook post). Was a bit sceptical at first (wouldn’t normal just go with any run of the mill posts/facebook pages) - but once I’d read the pages and the trust pilots reviews , decided to go with them (obviously saved money through them - even AFTER using Jet2 codes with them).
The were very professional- got lots of emails etc, and all replies to any questions.
DEFINITELY going to use them again next year.

Just returned from a brilliant family holiday booked through Joe and Olivia. Was a little apprehensive to book via WhatsApp, especially when I had an issue trying to make a payment. But I needn’t have worried. First class service, and at a price that undercut Jet2, whilst enabling us to sit together. We shall definitely book again!

Contacted Joe and he was able to beat the price I already had with the added benefit of seats together. He also dealt with check in and promptly sent all documentation. Everything from start to finish went really smoothly

Another holiday completed through joe and olivia. Excellent service as always. I'm a bit of a worrier when travelling always thinking there is going to be an issue but since using joe and olivia service I know they are only a call away to help resolve any problems (not that there ever are any )
