I was recommended JustBoilers by my neighbour when I told him the boiler I inherited with the flat finally reached its last legs and I got a quote from BG. I hadn't signed anything with BG yet so I gave them a ring and a lovely chap came out to assess my situation and also look at the assessment BG had left behind. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable he also told me what the other provider was overcharging me for services and parts, including unnecessary work that would have ruined the cosmetics of my flat. So I immediately canceled my appointment with BG and went with JustBoilers.

The installation of the new boiler (and Nest) went smoothly and they completely tidied up any dirt or debris that caused as part of the installation. Nearly 6 months later everything is working well and I love my Nest!

From beginning to end, the service was fast, friendly and most importantly of high quality at a reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough!

I had a quote for a new boiler from British Gas for £3600. I had resigned myself that I would have to pay this much in order to get it fixed by a trusted professional. They told me they would need scaffolding and it would be a 2 day job. I live in a very small one bedroom flat so I was astounded by the quote but thought it was going to be necessary. When British Gas told me they could not install my new boiler for another month, at which point I had already been without heating or hot water for 2 weeks, I called JustBoilers for a quote on the offchance they could do it quicker. A friend of mine had used them and rated them highly. They quoted that very same day, and installed my new boiler 2 days later. And I saved £2000 as well! Amazing service and I would highly recommend JustBoilers to anyone. Thank you all!

First Class Service, it was a very quick and efficient installation after a sudden breakdown. Darren was very approachable, clearly knows his trade and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Just Boilers to anyone looking for excellent service.

I requested a quote, the engineer turned up at the time agreed, I had a quote the same day and they were able to undertake the work to replace our boiler to suit my availability and within 2 weeks of the quote.
The engineer arrived to fit the boiler, the process to most of a day, and he cleared up well at the end of the job.
Good communication, a quick and professional service and at a competitive price.
I have no hesitation in recommending Just Boilers.

I’ve used JustBoilers a handful of times now and always found them to be fantastic. My most recent experience was during the recent snow and my boiler went down. Even given all the call outs they managed to fit me in, diagnosed the problem late on Friday and were back on Saturday with the necessary parts to fix it all and i was back up and running. All this at reasonable rates and with friendly service. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service. Though clearly snowed under with demand at the coldest point of the year, I was visited within 24 hours to sort my uncooperative boiler. Friendly, efficient and reassuring. Aaron was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I never write reviews - until now. This is old fashioned service at its best. Whilst arctic conditions were prevailing outside and the makers of my boiler (which is still under warranty) Worcester Bosch, weren't even answering phone calls because all their boiler engineers were frantic, Just Boilers managed to get someone out to me within an hour. Aaron was efficient, highly competent and helpful and answered all my queries and concerns. I would never use another boiler company - they are the best.

This is the first time I have used Just Boilers and they were fantastic. Despite an incredibly busy time for them with the 'Beast From The East' in full swing; they ensured my boiler was safe and ordered the new part it needed, fixed and serviced it all within 24hrs. First time using JustBoilers and I'll definitely be using them again, and would highly recommend to anyone else. Quick to respond (booked at 2200 and they had someone with me at 0830 the next morning), very helpful, kept me informed throughout and gave some really good advice on some other issues with the general heating system. Special mention to Aaron who was brilliant over the 2 visits, I couldn't fault the service.

Fantastic company. Our boiler leaked and they came out on a Saturday afternoon within the hour of calling them to sort it. Very efficient, lovely people to work with. Always on it, very professional. Highly recommend!

I have used justboilers.com a few times and have been really pleased. Problems have been sorted out on the same day and always with clear communication as to what has been needed. Being charged less than I expected was a nice surprise too! A pleasure to deal with.
