The skip arrived on time, was placed skilfully in a rather awkward space by a friendly operator. I requested an early collection and the same guy came when requested and removed it. All-in-all an efficient service and I am satisfied. Many thanks.

Great service easy process in hiring skip delivery and collection top level service

Really poor service, paid for a skip to be delivered on a set day and it did not arrive. No response to an email sent and spent 15 plus minutes trying to call. Not impressed.

I hired a skip online for 14 days starting the 18th September. I then got an email saying delivery would not occur until the 21st due to council permit not being approved. I then got spammed with multiple further emails saying the skip would be delivered on the 18th September. When I contacted Just Hire to clarify, I got a very rude reply with a screenshot saying "You were emailed and told it would be the 21st September".

Skip arrived on 21st September but was then collected unexpectedly 11 days later, as originally booked. I emailed to ask for a refund for the 3 days I didn't get, and have been completely ignored.

The good: Always on time and every driver was super friendly, and they all seem very skilled and kind.

Improvements: unique situation, but after the first delivery was missed it was hard to reach out to them though everything else was alright, I'd ordered once before and that was by far perfect 👌 highly recommend 🙂

Perfect drop off on time and collected on time as well definitely use again

The skip delivery was a bit tricky due to our premises opening and closing times. However I received good communication from their team via email and we managed to sort the problem.
Skip was collected on time which was good.

Great communication and quick to offer alternative size skip when the one I ordered wasn’t available. Would be 5 stars but two week hire window is quite short compared to other companies.

The skip arrived at my house on time and the driver was very helpful about where to put it. Instructions on what I could put in were clear. Come pickup time, the day before I received an email telling me they aim to pickup 10-14 days from that date. I was alarmed but came back on the afternoon of pickup day and it had gone. All in all a good experience.

I booked a skip and it never turned up. I sent multiple emails but had no response. I’m not sure if the company has closed down but they have taken my money and never delivered the service. Have had to pursue them through my credit card company

Simple to book online kept up-to-date by email picked up when you said perfect service

Booked the skip online through their automated system which was very easy to do. Turned about midday on the day requested, the driver was very helpful and positioned the skip where i wanted it putting. It was collected well within the time frame as stated on the invoice. Highly recommended this company for skip hire.

Having used JUSTHIRE before I knew the rules of the game and it played out as expected. Delivery was to the wide paved area outside my garage. Although the chatty Aussie delivery driver’s cheerful banter was replaced by taciturn European monosyllables it was just as efficient. There was plenty of real time communication over the days we had the 8m skip which we filled to the brim but not above it - as instructed . We were ready for collection on the appointed day and did not need to be present when the lorry arrived for the retrieve.

Not great, next time I'll just go direct to the actual supplier. Firstly I paid more than other companies asked for because I wanted to get it sooner only to receive a call from them telling me it couldn't be delivered on the date I had chosen and that I had to wait almost a week extra (not sure why that date was available if that's the case). They they emailed half way through he week to tell me I could pay extra to add certain items. £40 for a single mattress. I emailed the skip supplier directly to ask about how much it would cost to add a mattress and they said one single mattress is free of charge. Why would you ask me for £40 extra when it's free of charge? Absolute rip off. I'll go to Mick George directly from now on.
