We decided to use Justhire and pay a bit more for skip hire as everything was arranged for us. We selected a day for the skip delivery, waited in all day and it did not arrive. We received no notification that it was delayed. The skip was then delivered the next day and luckily someone was here. Once full, we selected a date for the skip to be collected but on the day of collection received an email from Justhire to say it would be collected the following day or within 7 to 14 days. Very confusing. I emailed Justhire and we got a call from the skip company saying they would collect shortly. So it was collected on the correct day in the end. The cost was about 15 to 20% more than arranging our own skip, which is what we will revert to doing in the future. Unfortunately not the experience we were expecting.

Excellent service! Dropped off on the morning of our arrangement, and picked up the day it was due. Friendly drivers and very helpful.

Wonderful service, delivery was on time, no hassle for early exchange.
Booking was quick and easy, all done online. Will be using services again.
Staff on delivery goes above and beyond to help out.

Skip arrived bang on time it said between 7am and 5pm it arrived 7am can't ask for more on time than that. The driver was very pleasant and polite. Only problem skip wasn't collected yet should have gone on Friday, I would imagine the Friday traffic would be why it still here.

The skip was delivered on time, but collected a day late, having said that the drivers were polite and friendly and did a great job as our driveway can take a bit of manoeuvring. All in all a sound experience.

Had a problem with a skip delivery but after emailing customer support they were on the phone to me sorting it out the next morning.
Spoke to Aggie who was incredibly helpful and the skip was delivered on the agreed day.
Great customer service and would use again without hesitation.

Easy to book, with clear information from skip size, to delivery and what can and can’t be put in the skip.
Driver was polite, cheerful and happy to answer my questions. He manoeuvred the skip easily onto my drive and left promptly. Very pleased with the service

I was told it were to come 16/07 but they said it was delayed and will be delivered 17/07 instead and I got a email saying it will be delivered the afternoon of the 17th and it’s not turned up at all and they’re not answering their phones and it’s not like I cant wait around considering I have kids

I went for the half hour wait and load option which is very convenient when you have everything ready to throw away and don't need a skip sitting there for several days, it's not an option I've seen offered by any other skip companies around Chelmsford.
The skip arrived promptly within the time slot we confirmed the day before. The driver was incredibly helpful, assisting with loading the skip and was very patient and courteous with a neighbour who needed the skip and lorry moved to get past.

I'd definitely use them again if not for the fact I'm leaving Essex so I can only strongly recommend for anyone who needs a skip fast and at a fair price.

One star for price, and another star for getting the skip delivered very quickly..You lost the other stars because you collected it earlier than collection date,I still had a contractor working and I had more rubbish that needed to go in the skip....and then when you man came to collect the skip asked me to throw a piece of wood in the skip which was leaning against it..I slipped and smashed my head on the arm that lifts the skip onto the back of the lorry..I ended up in A.E. for 2hrs and having my head stitched up...one awful 😖 Day! Now as an insult I'm offered £5 Amazon voucher to give you a good review. I won't be recommending you I'm so sorry 😐

Very efficient. It was delivered to a village hall as instructed, and as there was no one on site they phoned the supplied mobile so someone could come to direct where the skip was needed.
