Just hire was competitively priced. A good informative website on what can and cannot be put in a skip. Communication was easy with friendly staff. Will use them again

I found them very expensive but as i needed a skip urgently I had to bite the bullet and pay. Plus side, it arrived very quickly.
I requested an early collection, (only a couple of days), but that didn't happen.
We had problems with collection; my wife's car was outside and the driver said it was blocking the driveway but swmbo couldn't move it as she'd mislaid her keys and I had the spare in my car. The driver said he'd return after 15.00 and take it then if the car was moved. I managed to get out of work early and move the car. No collection and I then got an invoice for £120 for a wasted trip from them. I emailed stating all this and asking if I'd still be charged if there was a car there, but I didn't know who it was, (which happens a lot round here!), but I've yet to have a reply. I'm still waiting for the skip to be removed, but to be far, I've just paid the £120. There's now a car outside my house and I've no idea who it belongs to, so I could be getting another £120 charge if they arrive in the next few hours!
Would I use them again, very very unlikely. But never say never!
Oh. And the £120 charge IS listed in the contract.

Amazing service. Best skip hire service I have ever used. Hired a 4-yard skip, and it was by far the best price in my area. Both the service and website are quick, easy to use and exactly what it says on the tin, no nonsense, issues or difficulties. Booking and delivery were fast and on time. Spoken with the drivers/skip operators and service centre personnel, everyone was friendly and helpful. Skip was perfect. I unexpectedly needed the skip for an extra week, and arranging this was very straightforward, stress-free and way cheaper than expected. Overall, a brilliant company and service, affordable, easy, professional, convenient, and stress-free with zero issues. Definitely recommend, and will be using Justhire again in the near future. Thanks again to all at Justhire!

Easy to order online, with immediate delivery at short notice.
Had to change my collection date, again straightforward.
Telephone communication was easy, lady was very helpful.
A second skip was needed. So delivery and collection all done via app same day.
My only suggestion would be a slight discount offered for multiple skips? We had 4 within the month, this would have been a nice gesture,

only negative is it is not clear when adding in the commercial fridge disposal is that it needs to be put into the skip along with other items. Customer service was excellent and I was refunded when I asked to cancel that part. Drop off and collection on correct times.
Size of skip on website is a bit misleading from images. Perhaps a scale showing person stood next to it might be useful to help people choose the right size.

The skip I booked and paid for did not arrive despite the fact I was assured by an employee of the company that it was on its way, that was a blatant lie. My daughter managed to contact someone else from Just Hire who told her which Skip Hire Company was supposed to be delivering. Phillips Skip Hire of Selby had not been contacted with the order and promised to get in contact with Just Hire first thing on Monday morning, which they obviously did because the skip has just arrived.
Just Hire advertises as a company local to you and you only find out they are not a local company when you have filled out the order form.
I have now found out that I paid almost £100 more than I would have if I had booked direct.
Not a good service. Avoid.

Really convenient skip hire. They were really flexible with us and provided another skip within 48 hours after we filled the first skip. Would recommend them.

Very experienced driver skillfully delivered and removed a 12 yard skip through the narrowest of gaps on our busy street. Great communication for delivery and pick up. Skip in good condition. Recommended

we only use justhire when working in kent as they allways turn up when they say they would.
Polite drivers and very curtious.

After booking a 12 yard skip for rubble the week prior, just hire called us the night before it was due to arrive to tell us they could only send an 8yard which was very frustrating to be told so late. We then requested an early pick up (a Thursday) and were told they couldn’t confirm it would be picked up this day. I asked whether there was a day they could confirm as we have to liase with neighbours to allow access for the lorry to pick up the skip and they said it wouldn’t be possible to ever give even 24hours notice. They arrived the day before we requested with no warning. Terrible communication! And they then offer £10 Amazon vouchers if you screenshot a review and send it to them. So don’t believe the good ones!

Used this site for skip hire. It was quickly arranged via the app, but I discovered the price was actually
£150 more expensive than going direct to the skip company which delivered it. Also delivery and pickup times and dates were not even within say a morning or afternoon time slot and I was told precise delivery times were not possible. I will not use this company again as it seems they are just brokers and very expensive.

Really pleased with the service. I didnt want a skip sitting in my drive for a week or more when we didnt need one so the man and a van fitted our needs perfectly. They let me know when they were arriving, we had a lot of boxes and bags from moving and they did a great job of getting everything cleared out and cleaned up fast. After the stress of an international move they made the clean up of the myriad of boxes and bags od packaging stress free. I will definitely use them again.
