From our first contact with Sarah Graham, (who was really helpful from us first making enquiries to our offer being accepted) to our completion which was handled by Amanda Killops we were kept informed throughout.

While buying our first property we found JW Wood to be extremely helpful, Denise who dealt with the property we were buying was very friendly, helpful and approachable and made the process a lot more easier for ourselves and talked us through everything we needed to know and kept in frequent contact to keep us up to date.

Excellent service from start at valuation with no pressure to sell with the company. Regular calls and updated, Barbara Smith was helpful and friendly throughout the process. House sale was quick and painless.

We had been looking at property in the north east and had varying agent experiences from being excellent to not turning up at all. The viewing we had with Barbara from the Bishop Auckland branch was in the excellent category. On time, very helpful re local area which we weren't familiar with, suggestions for good dog walks etc. Follow up after we made an offer was also good so no negatives at all.
